HANRAHAN, Joe (St. Rita’s, Farranshone, Limerick and late of Aer Lingus, Shannon) - September 23rd 2023, peacefully at home after a long illness, in the care of his loving family. Predeceased by his sister Rita and brother Donal. Sadly missed and forever dearly loved by his wife Audrey. Much loved and devoted father to his sons Des, Rory, Niall and Joe, his six darling grandchildren. Deeply regretted by his brother Michael, brother-in-law Fr. Des McAuliffe, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, wonderful friends and great neighbours. Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, tomorrow (Tuesday) evening from 5pm to 7pm, followed by removal to St. Munchin’s Church, Clancy Strand. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11.30am with burial afterwards in Mount St. Lawrence Extension. Funeral Cortege will pass Joe’s home in Farranshone en route to Mount St. Lawrence Cemetery Extension. No flowers, please. Donations, if desired, to Limerick Animal Welfare. Lord for your faithful people life is changed not ended

PHELAN, Bryan (The Lion King) (Clonskeagh, Dublin and Thomastown, Co Kilkenny) September 27, 2022, peacefully at the Beacon Hospital, beloved husband of Myra and loving father to Fiona, Phelim and Elva; he will be very sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughters, sons-in-law Karl and Tim, daughter-in-law Jenny, brothers Kevin, Aidan and Finbarr, grandchildren Saskia, Rachel, Reuben, Aidan, Finn and Christopher, brothers-in-law Aidan, Raymond, Barry and Declan, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends. Bryan will be reposing tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon from 2.00pm to 4.00pm at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, the Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham. Funeral on Monday morning at 10.00am in the Church of St. Thérèse, Mount Merrion, followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery. Rest in Peace

REYNOLDS, Judy (Micks) (Glenageary, formerly of Blackrock) September 26, 2018. Lovingly remembered at her first anniversary by husband John Micks, stepson Henry, brother Mark, sister Jennifer, nieces, nephews and the extended families. Sincere thanks to Fr Peadar Murney, celebrant of the funeral Mass, and to musicians Collette Delahunt and Michael Quinn who added a beautiful note to the ceremony in Johnstown Church. We wish to express our heartfelt appreciation to all who sympathised with us and supported us following our sad loss. To all our relatives, friends and neighbours who attended Judy's funeral Mass and burial, called, sent letters, cards and Mass Cards, and expressed their support in many different ways during this difficult time, we are most grateful. We would like to thank also the wonderful staff at the Beacon Hospital for the outstanding expertise, kindness and care given to Judy throughout her illness. To Judy's wide circle of friends, business associates and members of Lansdowne LTC who have been a source of comfort we send our thanks. Due to the number of letters and cards received we ask those who wrote to us to accept this acknowledgement as a statement of sincere gratitude. O'DONOGHUE, Rory (Ranelagh and formerly Terenure, Dublin) September 14, 2019 (suddenly) beloved and loving son of Chris and Lolo, loving brother of Gemma and Jill, and uncle of Alannah and Jamie. A gathering of family and friends takes place at Fanagans Funeral Home, Willbrook, Rathfarnham this (Wednesday) evening from 5.00 o’c until 7.00 o’c. Removal tomorrow (Thursday) morning to Terenure College Chapel to arrive for Funeral Mass at 11.00 o’c and then to Kilmashogue Cemetery, Edmondstown Road, Rathfarnham. She will be greatly missed by her husband Antoine, her children Eoghan, Méabh, Séamus and Fiachra, their spouses Stephen and Britney, their partners Fiona and Stephanie, and most especially by her grandson Eoghan Óg. Removal tomorrow Saturday morning to Church of the Holy Name, Beechwood arriving for 10.00 am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Burriscarra Cemetery, Co. Mayo. Family flowers only.
