DUFFY, , Mairéad (Ranelagh; formerly of Devon Park, Galway) 2 October 2024 peacefully in St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She will be greatly missed by her husband Antoine, her children Eoghan, Méabh, Séamus and Fiachra, their spouses Stephen and Britney, their partners Fiona and Stephanie, and most especially by her grandson Eoghan Óg. Reposing at her home this evening from 4pm – 7pm. Removal tomorrow Saturday morning to Church of the Holy Name, Beechwood arriving for 10.00 am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Burriscarra Cemetery, Co. Mayo. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to The Irish Cancer Society.

John will be very deeply missed by his loving wife Fidelma, sister Maureen and brother William, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Lower Kimmage Road this (Tuesday) evening from 5.00pm to 7.00pm for family and close friends. The Funeral Mass will take place at 10.00 o'c tomorrrow (Wednesday) morning in St James’s Church, James's Street, following current guidelines of fifty percent capacity, which may be viewed through the parish web camera at: http://stjamesparish.ie/webcam/

HYLAND - Hugh, (Oghill House Stud, Monasterevin, Co. Kildare)

September 26, 2022, Peacefully in the loving care of the exceptional staff of the Mater Private. Predeceased by his recently departed brother Pat. Dearly beloved husband and best friend of Miriam (née Lawlor). Adored father of Barbara Ann (Hewson) and John. Adored and cherished granddad to Hugh, Honor, Flora and Nicholas. Sadly missed and much loved brother of Stephanie (Maher), James, Phil (Murphy), Vonie (Macken), David and Paul. Brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, much loved nieces and nephews, son-in-law Tim, extended family and relatives. Hugh will be loved and remembered by all his family and a wide circle of friends. Requiem Mass at 11.00am tomorrow (Thursday) in St Peter & Pauls Church, Monasterevin. Interment afterwards in St. Brigid's Cemetery, Nurney. House private. No flowers please.

O'RIORDAN,, Micheál Manus (suddenly), formerly of ITGWU, SIPTU, IBMT and FIBI, of Finglas Road, Glasnevin, aged 72, on Sunday, September 26, 2021 Predeceased by his beloved wife Annette and sister Mary. Deeply regretted by his daughter Jess; sons Neil and Luke; grandchildren Amaia, Rory, Caleb and Eli; sister Brenda; son-in-law Sveinn; daughter-in-law Sara; brother-in-law Tony; nephew Dara; niece Caitriona; partner Nancy; and extended family and friends. Manus will repose at home from 6pm today (Thursday) and a celebration of his life will take place at Glasnevin Crematorium tomorrow (Friday). People are welcome to pay their respects in the house and at the procession to the crematorium which will leave the house at 10.10am.
