Is mian le hÁine agus a clann, Gearóid, Brian, Breandán agus Máire, buíochas ó chroí a ghabháil le gach éinne a thacaigh linn tar éis bhás Bhreandáin: na daoine a d’fhreastail ar an tórramh agus ar Aifreann na Sochraide, an tAthair Pádraig Ó Gliasáin, an tAthair Tadhg agus an tAthair Mícheál Ó Dochartaigh a léigh an tAifreann, na daoine a chuir teachtaireachtaí comhbhróin chugainn, agus a tháinig chun an tí is go dtí tigh an tórraimh ó chian agus ó chóngar. Buíochas chomh maith leis na hadhlacóirí, P. Ó Donnabháin agus a Mhac, a bhí fíorchabhrach dúinn tríd síos. Buíochas leis na daoine a scríobh agus a chuir bláthanna agus cártaí chugainn agus mórán daoine eile. Táimid buíoch ina theannta san d’Aide-de-Camp An Tánaiste, Micheál Ó Mairtín, as a bheith láithreach ag Aifreann na Sochraide. Gabhaimid buíochas chomh maith leis na ceoltóirí a sheinn chomh binn sin ag an Aifreann. On the First Anniversary of Breandán's death, Ann and family would like to thank all those who attended the Removal and Funeral Mass, and sent letters of sympathy and mass cards.
