O'ROURKE - Andrew (Andy), late of Dalkey and Department of Foreign Affairs. Died peacefully in his sleep on 11 November, 2025, at Altadore Nursing Home, Glenageary, to whose kind and caring staff his family are deeply grateful. Greatly loved and loving husband of Hanne; father of Kevin, Christine, and Anne-Marie; grandfather of Kristjan, Ciara, Joseph, Gabriel, Elvi, and Sophie; and brother of Frank, Louis, and the late Jack, Maura, Joe, Chris, and Michael. Deeply missed by Andrew, John, Rachael, Rosemary, his nephews and nieces, relatives, and friends. Reposing at Quinn’s of Glasthule tomorrow Friday evening from 4pm to 6pm. Removal Saturday to the Church of the Assumption, Dalkey, arriving at 11.20am for 11.30 Funeral Mass, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome. Family flowers only.

HOGAN - (née Becker), Romy (Rosemary) - (Rathgar and late of Churchtown) – 10th November 2025, in her 92nd year, at home. Predeceased by her beloved husband David and sister Colette. Much loved mother of Andrew, Sarah Jane, Jennifer and Joseph. She will be deeply missed by her children, son-in-law Gerry, daughters-in-law Elspeth, Kathryn and Jana, sisters Barbara and Margaret, brother Paul, grandchildren Kate, Hugh, James, Kieran, Rachael and Aidan Alexander, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends. A Service to celebrate Romy’s life will take place on Saturday afternoon at 2.30pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross. Family flowers only please.

Loving and beloved husband of Jane, dearly loved father of Penny and of the late Michael, devoted grandfather of Andrew, Emily, Emma, Jessica and Harvey, and father-in-law to Brendan and Andrea. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all, his extended family and his many friends. DEMPSEY - Thérèse (late of Galtrim Road, Bray, Co Wicklow) passed away peacefully on November 10, 2025 in the kind and gentle care of the Staff at Leopardstown Park Hospital. Thérèse was predeceased by her parents Charles and Emily, her beloved brother and sister Patrick and Sr. Annette F.M.S.A. She will be forever loved and sadly missed by her cousins, Fr John and Mary Killeen, Patricia, the extended Dempsey and Murray families, her neighbours, a wide circle of friends, former Loreto Bray colleagues and past pupils. Died peacefully on Monday 10th November 2025 in the exceptional care of the Poor Servants of the Mother of God and all the staff of Maryfield Nursing Home, Chapelizod, Dublin D20 WE89.
