McDONALD - Lucy (née Fortune) South Circular Road, Dublin 8. 3rd January 2026 (peacefully), in St. James Hospital. Predeceased by her beloved husband Seamus (Shay), brother Tony and sister Carrie. Loving mother of Barry, Suzanne and Leonie. She will be very sadly missed by her family sons-in-law Donal and Philip, daughter-in-law Nancy, her cherished grandchildren James, Cormac, Ella, John, Olivia, Ben and Alex, brother-in-law T.J., sisters-in-law Beatrice and Gertie, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours. Rest in Peace. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Lower Kimmage Road on Wednesday (January7th) from 4.00 pm to 5.30 pm. Removal on Thursday morning (January 8th) to the Church of St. Paul of the Cross, Mount Argus, arriving for 11.30 am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Palmerstown Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind.
