JONES - Reg, (Brabazon House, Sandymount, and formerly Dundrum), January 4, 2025. On the occasion of his first anniversary. Linda, Ian and families remember our beloved Dad, Grandad, and Great Grandad. We wish to thank all those who attended his funeral service. Special thanks to Rev Nigel Pierpont for all his help and support and also to Graham Dowling and his team at Carnegies, Monkstown for their excellent guidance. Thanks also to everyone who sent messages of sympathy, cards, their condolences and support. Dad is now resting in peace with his adored wife Nell whose Seventeenth Anniversary occurs on January 7, 2026.

COLLIER - Jim (Limerick). On the First Anniversary of Jim’s death, 5th January 2025, Terry, Susanne, Joe, Mark and Úna wish to express our deep appreciation for the support and kindness received from extended family, friends and neighbours who attended the Funeral, sent Mass cards, letters, and messages of sympathy to us on our sad loss. Thank you for the exceptional care Jim received at Corbally House Nursing Home, and to the team at Griffin Daly Medical Centre. A special thanks to Canon Des McAuliffe and Fr. Richard Davern for the beautiful Funeral Mass. Masses are offered for your intentions.

SCOTT - Malachy John - On Mal’s First Anniversary, January 3, 2026, his children, Rory, Phelim and Megan, wife Siobhan (Gaynor), parents, Malachy and Norrie, brothers, Gavin (and Brid Quinn), Paul (and Liz Dempsey) and sister Fiona (and Pierce Flynn) and all their families would like to thank all those who supported us, in particular, beloved relatives and friends who travelled long distances to be with us after Mal’s sudden death. Sincere thanks to the first responders at his home and all involved at James Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown; their thoroughness and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you to all who attended his repose, funeral Mass, and cremation service, or sent condolences, Mass cards, and letters of sympathy, or left messages on RIP.ie. Thanks also to Cunninghams’ Funeral Home. Special thanks to Fr Damien McNeice, who led his funeral mass and cremation, the staff at Castleknock Community College for their ongoing support and kindness and his neighbours who assisted us at his repose. As it is not possible to contact everybody individually, please accept this notice as an expression of our gratitude and appreciation. Mal was much loved, and his kindness, sense of humour, love of family, hard work and creativity will live on in his home and all of us.

DOWNING - Nodlaig (née Creedon) (Ardilea, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14 and

formerly of Lahinch, Co. Clare). In loving memory of our dearest Nodlaig whose First Anniversary was on December 26, 2025. Greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Donal (Doney), by the Creedon and Downing families and friends. We would like to acknowledge with gratitude the many expressions of sympathy and kindness we received.
