LILLIS, Tom (Rathfarnham, Dublin) – January 25, 2023, peacefully, at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross, surrounded by his family, Clare, beloved wife of 53 years and loving father of David, Karl and Teresa. Sadly missed by his wife, children, daughters-in-law Orla and Siobhán, son-in-law Ross, grandchildren Cian, Caoimhe, Éabha, Lara, Lily, Jake, Conor and Jessica, brother Brendan, sister-in-law Rosaleen, nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends. Predeceased by his siblings Patrick, Mona and Una. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Willbrook, Rathfarnham on Sunday from 3.00 to 5.00pm. Funeral Mass on Monday at 10.00am in the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham, followed by burial at Mount Venus Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to St Vincent de Paul. Rest in Peace.

BYRNE, Donal (Killiniskyduff, Arklow, Co Wicklow) - January 21st 2021, peacefully at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, in the wonderful care of the Hazel Ward staff following a recent illness. Loving husband of the late Mary (née Kearon) and brother of the late Eileen and Noreen. Deeply regretted by his loving sons Damian and Paul, daughter Lorraine, sister Sr. Monica, brothers-in-law John and James, sister-in-law Ann, daughters-in-law Suzanne and Michelle, son-in-law Iain, adored grandchildren Jamie, Leah, Patrick, Ciara, Niall and Orla, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. May he rest in peace. In accordance with government guidelines, Donal’s funeral will be celebrated in private. Funeral mass at 10 o’clock today (Saturday) in St. Joseph’s Church, Templerainey. Burial afterwards in Barniskey Cemetery. WALDRON, (née English) Bernadette (Bernie) (Leopardstown and late of Hollyford, Co. Tipperary) - January 24, 2022 (peacefully) in the wonderful care of Foxrock Nursing Home. Much loved mother of Clare, Brian, Michele and Helen. Very sadly missed by her loving family, son-in-law Stephen, daughter-in-law Patsy, her beloved grandsons Daniel and Samuel, sister Phyl, her devoted friend Frank, relatives, neighbours and friends. Predeceased by her husband Philip. Rest in Peace. Reposing at her home on Friday evening (January 28) from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. Removal on Saturday morning (January 29) to the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10.00am, followed by burial at Kilternan Cemetery Park.
