My prayers are with you today Evelyn and will always remember our chats over tea whilst working in your garden in Kincora. A very kind, caring, sharp, intuitive person to other people, animals and community. Will always remember those times.

I am so very sorry to learn of Courtneys passing. he was my godfather. He was so supportive of me and he introduced me to Opera with his operatic company in Sligo, Castlebar in the 70s. Often went to Balinrobe with my mum and dad, Mary and Guy Eddis, and sisters, staying with his mum Maeve, house. Thinking of Francis now. RIP Courtney. Love Gay Eddis

HARTIGAN, Anne Le Marquand

Anne was not only a talented artist, playwright and poet - and sometimes a courageous actor- but a wonderful and very special person to know - creative and fun, as well as beautiful, with an infectious laugh. I had the honour of publishing her first two collections of poetry, Long Tongue and Return Single, Beaver Row Press, in 1982 and 1986. I last met her with Marianne in Bewleys Grafton St.....little realising that so soon they both would have made their passage to other dimensions of being - invisible to us but the destiny of all. I will miss her being in the world, and send deep condolences to her family.
