DRAPER - Jaime (Jaymes), died January 29, 2024. Predeceased by his brothers Fergus and Mark and parents Mary and Jack. Mourned by his wife Daniela, his son Bryan and daughter-in-law Francesca, his son Joshua and partner Katie, his siblings Cynthia, Hilary, Gene, Cíara, Clíona and John, his extended family and many friends. Many thanks to those who sent cards and messages of condolence and to those who came to celebrate his life and grieve his death at the Service in the National Maritime Museum. The family is very grateful to all those who treated and cared for Jaime during his long illness.

SHEEHAN, Jack, “Birchdale”, Kilmeaden, Co. Waterford. Thursday, February 29, 2024 Former General Secretary of Irish Postmaster’s Union. Predeceased by his loving wife Myrtle. Jack will be dearly missed by his daughters Lupita (De Bhail), Eithne (Shiel), son Michael, sons-in-law Michael and MJ, daughter-in-law Mary, grandchildren Emma, Ruth, Lydia, Sarah and Jack, great-grandchildren Evie, Max and Lucy, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends. May Jack Rest in Peace. Requiem Mass on today (Saturday) in St. Nicholas' Church, Ballyduff (X91D3K8) at 11 am followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.

LLOYD - Constance (Connie) (née Denniston) Winetown, Rathowen, Westmeath / Longford- February 29, 2024, peacefully, aged 100 years. Predeceased by her husband Tommy, sons Gordon and Ivor. Connie will be sadly missed by her loving family, sons Frank and Robert, daughter Olive, grandchildren, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, relatives and friends.  The darkness falls at Thy behest.  Funeral Service in St. Thomas' Church, Rathowen at 2.00pm on today (Saturday). Burial afterwards in adjoining Churchyard. Family flowers only.

Gillian, Pauline, Derval, Gemma, Miriam, Anne and David wish to express sincere gratitude to all of those who sympathised with and supported us following the passing of our dear mother. Your kindness is much appreciated and will always be remembered.

We are very grateful to all of those who attended Marie’s funeral, sent cards, floral tributes and condolences.

We would like to thank the O’Halloran funeral directors for their support and professionalism. Thanks to Fr. Christopher Dillon, O.S.B., who kindly celebrated the funeral Mass, to Christopher and Galina for their magnificent singing, all the carers through the years, the staff in Limerick and Nenagh hospitals and those in Millbrae Lodge Nursing Home, and all the friends, relations and neighbours who were so kind to Marie during her long life.

Marie’s Months Mind Mass will take place in St. Mary’s of the Rosary Church, Nenagh, at 12.00pm, on Sunday March 3, 2024.
