O'BRIEN, Denis (Clybaun Heights, Knocknacarra, formerly of St. Bridget’s Place, Galway).-15 May, 2024. Deeply loved and mourned by his wife Mary (née Boyle), daughters and sons Sinéad (Glynn), Ruth (Walsh), Patrick, Niamh, John and Rachael (Williams). A very proud grandfather to Grace, Sarah, Alice, Aisling, Patrick, Aidan, Joseph, Bradán, Brooke, Conor, Mark and Laura. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, sons-in-law John, Paddy and Wayne, daughter-in-law Aideen, John’s partner Avril, sisters Kathleen and Marie, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, the extended O’Brien and Boyle families, former colleagues from Digital, neighbours, and friends. Reposing at St. Anthony's Room within the Church of St. John the Apostle, Knocknacarra, Galway this (Friday) from 4.00 p.m. with Removal at 6 p.m. into the Church. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Denis on Saturday at 11 a.m. Funeral after Mass to Rahoon Cemetery. Memorial donations, if desired, to Parkinsons Ireland, Galway “At scáth a cheile a mhaireann na daoine” May he rest In peace
