CONSIDINE - Philip, died on March 27, 2023 -  On this first anniversary, the Considine family wishes to express our deep gratitude to everyone who supported Philip during his illness and to sincerely thank everyone for their love and support since Philip’s untimely passing. Thank you to Fr Tom Hogan and to Fr Tom O’Keefe who concelebrated Philip’s funeral mass and made it so special and personal. The large attendance at the funeral, the comforting messages, letters, cards, floral tributes and regular visits are much appreciated and continue to be a source of great comfort to his heartbroken family.

Philip was an incredible person who loved life and everyone in it. He was charming, funny, and had the most infectious laugh. But above all else he was thoroughly decent and kind. His courage, dignity, grace and good humour while fighting his illness was an inspiration to all who knew him. He is forever missed, forever loved, forever remembered.

BYRNE, Sean (Damien) (Malahide, Co Dublin) Former owner and managing director of Celtic Sales - Peacefully, on March 24th 2024, in the care of Beaumont Hospital and surrounded by his loving family. Survived by his wife Adelaide (Ada), loving father of Robert, Alison and Suzanne. Sean will be very sadly missed by his daughter-in-law Róisín, sons-in-law Paul and Andrew, grandchildren Amelia, Saorla, Rían, Faela, Luke, Thomas, Michael, Daniel, Matilda, Teddy, by his sisters Ann, Ursula, Geraldine, Helen and by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Remembering in particular at this time, Sean’s brothers Terry, Brian and Paul who have pre-deceased him. FITZPATRICK, Ivor (Castle Howard, Avoca, Co. Wicklow) - 24th March 2024, peacefully at home, after a difficult illness bravely borne. Adored husband of Susan. Much loved brother of Nicky and Deirdre. Deeply missed by his family, sisters-in-law Lorraine, Helen, Attracta, Siobhan, Louise and Geraldine, brothers-in-law Liam, John, Brian, Gerry and John, nephews, nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces, extended family, cherished friends, and his loyal canine companion Coco Bean. LOUGHREY, Maura (Mary) 24th March 2024 peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the excellent care of the staff on the Nightingale Ward, Blackrock Hospital. Predeceased by her husband Donal. Lovingly remembered by her children Fionnuala, Catherine, Helen, John, Hugh, Donnacha and Laoise, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, 13 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, her sister Nuala, brother Sean, sister-in-law Eileen, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, neighbours and carers, especially Claire and Lillie. COMERFORD LAMBERT, Helen (Burnchurch, Viper Kells Co Kilkenny and formerly of Thomastown, Co Kilkenny) - March 24th 2024, peacefully at her residence. Sadly missed by her husband David, children Colin, Ròisìn, Marcus and Medv, grandchildren, sister Aideen, brother Ned. Predeceased by her brother John. CROLY, Annie (née Doyle) (Rialto, Dublin 8) - 24th March 2024 (peacefully) at her son’s residence in Kilcoole and in her 103rd year. Beloved wife of the late Michael (Stanley) and loving mother of Michael, Anna (Palmer) Kathleen (McEndoo) and Doreen (Franklin). Sadly missed by her family, grandchildren Andrea, Chris, Lynne, Gail, Suzanne and Jonathan, her great-grandchildren Amy, Tabitha, Melody, Ciaran, Eoin, Coraí and Saoirse, daughter-in-law Irene, sons-in-law Leslie Palmer, Derek McEndoo and David Franklin, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. DRUMM, Mr. John (Leitrim, Sligo, Limerick; retired Consultant Surgeon) - Died March 24th 2024, peacefully, after a long illness, surrounded by his adoring family, at his home in Hazelwood, Limerick. John will be forever loved and profoundly missed by his dear wife and best friend Eimer (McGauran); his son John Jr, daughters Darina and Órla, and their partners Aoife (Mellett), Michael (Toomey) and John (Gleeson); his beloved grandchildren, Nikki, Dara, Daniel, Eimer Jr and Jamie; his brothers and sisters Mary (Brennan), Brendan, Teresa (Donovan), Fr Michael and Fr Eugene, and their partners Bernard, Marion and Mick, his brothers and sisters-in-law; all his wonderful nieces and nephews, of whom he was so fond and so proud; his extraordinarily wide circle of friends and colleagues, particularly those who paid him such loving care in recent times; and the innumerable people whose lives he touched, not least his patients - who meant the world to him. HENDERSON - (née Scott), Fiona (Howth, Co. Dublin) passed peacefully, after a short illness, on 23rd March 2024 at St. James Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Denis, much-loved mum of Mark and Lynne, and loving granny to Mike, Scott, Tom, Charlotte and Henry. Very sadly missed by her husband, children, grandchildren, daughter-in-law Fiona, Lynne’s partner Mark, sisters Judy and Jennifer, and all of her extended family. Removal on Wednesday afternoon, 27th March, to Dardistown Crematorium for a Private Service for family. A Celebratory Service will take place in St. Mary’s Church of Ireland, Howth on Thursday morning, 28th March, at 11am.
