O'NEILL, John (Graigue, Knocknahur, Co. Sligo) - March 24th 2024, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Mount Hybla Nursing Home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his beloved wife Claire Quigley and his sister June. Dearly loved father of Louis and John. He will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his sons, sisters Maeve, Louie and Aileen, daughters-in-law Lisa and Ingrid, his cherished grandchildren Finn, Claire, Louis, Harry, Aoife, Rossa, Niamh and Rowan, nephews and nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. Deeply regretted by her daughters Gillian, Leontine and Joanna, sons James, Owen and Paul, daughters-in-law Aine, Morgan and Kate, sons-in-law Gerry, Michael and Rafael, grandchildren Philip, Nicole, Owen, Hannah, Michael, Nick, Emily, Jan, Anna, John, Catherine, Grace, Santiago, May, Isobel and Oliver, great-grandchildren, brother-in-law Michael Binchy, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. MURPHY, (née Tynan) Nancy (Tyone, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary) - March 22 2024, in her 92nd year, peacefully, in the company of her husband Donal A. and her niece Ann, at Ashlawn House Nursing Home, Carrigatoher, Nenagh, following three years of constant care there; sister of the late Peggy Tynan, Sr. Brigid Tynan and Mary Fogarty and infant brother Willie. Deeply mourned and will be forever remembered by her loving and beloved Donal; her Fogarty (Liverpool) nieces and nephews, Liam, Brendan, Ann, Michael, John, Patrick and Sheelagh; her Costelloe and Harkin and allied cousins in Inch and Drom parishes; her in-law Murphy families; her co-founders of the Ormond Historical, Nenagh District Heritage and Tipperary North Family History Societies, and their staffs; multiple colleagues on North and South Tipperary history; close friends and kind neighbours. Her remains will arrive at St. Mary of the Rosary Church, Nenagh (E45 X522), on (Tuesday) March 26th , for Funeral Mass at 2pm, followed by burial in Lisbunny (middle) Cemetery.
