BROPHY, (née Hennessy) Anna, (Rathfarnham, Dublin, New Ross and Donegal), October 3rd 2024, peacefully in the tender care of the staff at Our Lady’s Hospice Harold’s Cross surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of Eugene; she will be very sadly missed by her sons Shane, Brian and Philip, sister Olga, brother Norman, daughters-in-law Rebecca, Aisling, and Isabel, grandchildren Larry, Luke, Beau, Benjamin and Harper, in-laws Moira, Madeleine, Una and Michael, her nieces, nephews, extended family, kind neighbours, and large circle of friends. Predeceased by her brothers Victor and Barry. Rest in Peace. Removal this Monday morning to Church of the Holy Spirt, Ballyroan arriving for 10am Funeral Mass, followed by cremation in the Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome at 12:45pm.

O'CONNOR, Paula (Cabinteely, Dublin 18) - Monday 2nd October 2023. We are heartbroken to announce the death of our darling Paula. The cherished wife of Marc and adoring Mum to our two sons, Adam and Simon; and grandma (GiGi) to Sebastian and Franklin. An absolute inspiration to her daughters-in-law Michelle and Holly. A rock to her sisters Marie Louise and Michele, and her goddaughters Rebecca and Aisling. She was the eldest daughter of Mary and the late Louis Gondry and a big sister to her late brother Peter. Paula is going to be missed enormously by her brothers-in-law Ken and Juan, sisters-in-law Fiona, Alma and Nuala, her nieces and nephews and a myriad of our extended family, fantastic friends and neighbours. With special thanks to the wonderful staff of Cedar Ward in St. Vincent's Private Hospital for their compassionate and gentle care of Paula. She will repose at our home on Wednesday, 4th October 2023 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Funeral Ceremony on Thursday, 5th October 2023 at 10:00am at Newlands Cross Crematorium, Dublin 24. MORRISON, Mervyn (Hillside Grove, Wicklow Town, retired Bank of Ireland) - October 2, 2017, (peacefully), after a bravely fought battle in the care of the wonderful staff of the Blackrock Hospice, Dublin, much loved husband of Marie and wonderful Dad to Barbara, Jenny, Jill and Robbie, Papa Merv to his adored grandchildren, Will, Ben, Lucy, Dan, Sophie, Molly, Sarah and Louise, sons-in-law Alan, Brian and Damien and Robbie's girlfriend Angel; sadly missed by his twin sister Vivienne, brothers Harry and Ken, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and his many friends. Mervyn will be reposing at McCrea's Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town from 5.00pm to 8.00pm tomorrow (Thursday) evening with removal on Friday morning at 11.15am to Wicklow Parish Church Churchill, Wicklow arriving for 12.00 noon Funeral Service followed by interment in Rathnew Cemetery. Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan this (Friday) evening from 5pm to 7pm. Removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Esker, Lucan tomorrow (Saturday) morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by cremation at Newlands Cross Crematorium. No flowers please.
