MILNE, (Dromgarriff, Glengarriff and formerly of Dundrum, Dublin): on November 30th 2024 peacefully at the Mercy University Hospital, Cork. DAVID, beloved husband of Helen and the late Danette, dearly loved father of Nicholas, Rebecca and Aisling, brother of the late John. Lovingly remembered by his wife, children and their mother Mary, brother Michael, daughter-in-law Anya, sons-in-law Renato and Colm, grandchildren Luana, Cuan, Remy, Fallon, Nina and Elliot, brothers-in-law Peter, Maurice, Edwin and Ewan, sisters-in-law Miriam, Linda, Maria, Tina and Beth, niece Anna, nephew Christopher, extended family, relatives and many friends. Funeral Service will take place on Monday, December 9th in St. Fin Barre’s Cathedral, Cork at 1.30pm. Cremation Service will follow at 4pm in The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, Cork.

DOUGLAS, Robert – (Foxrock, Dublin) November 30th 2020 Tragically and too soon, darling son of Peter and Colette, much loved brother to Stephen and James, brother-in-law to Niamh and uncle of Pearse and Nora. Sadly and deeply missed by his loving family, his aunt Deirdre, his uncles Chris, Allen and David, and by his cousins and many friends. A private Family Funeral will take place, in line with Government Guidelines. HUGHES, (née Nally), Sheila, Knocklyon, Dublin 16 - November 29, 2018, very (peacefully), after a valiant battle in the exceptional care of the staff at the William Stokes Unit in Tallaght University Hospital. Sheila, beloved wife of Noel and adored mother of Shane, Suzanne, Gilly and Niamh and their partners Pamela, Paul, Seán and Yvonne. Devoted grandmother to Christopher, Claire and Mark; Gareth, Ruth and Ella; Ciara, Aoife and Ellen; Conor and little Cara. Gran will be so sadly missed. Deeply regretted by her brother Fergal, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family and friends. May She Rest in Peace. Reposing in her home tomorrow (Saturday) from 3-7pm and on Sunday 3-5pm. Funeral Mass at 10am Monday (3 Dec) in St. Colmcille’s Church, Knocklyon followed by burial in Kilmashogue Cemetery.
