SWEETNAM - Miriam Frances Jennie (née Lloyd) (Sligo) (First Anniversary, July 4) - Loving wife of Frank and mother of Lloyd (deceased), Rodney, Paul and Mark, grandmother and great-grandmother. Loved, remembered and missed every day.

CALLAN - Peter, (Dunleer and Blackrock, Co. Louth) - Peter’s wife Mai and daughters Cliona, Finola, Maeve, Aoife, daughter in law Anne, sons in law and all his grandchildren wish to express gratitude to their relatives, friends and neighbours who travelled from near and far to attend his funeral. Thanks to all who sent letters, Mass cards, charitable donations, and messages of sympathy and support. COONEY, Fr. Sean, Pastor Emeritus (Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Winter Park, Orlando, Florida, U.S.A., and formerly of Ballymore, Co. Westmeath, Ireland) – June 21, 2023 (peacefully), on the 64th anniversary of his ordination. Pre-deceased by his parents, Patrick and Della (late of Ballymore N.S.) Sadly missed by his sister Mairead and brother Pat, his sister-in-law Dorothy, nephews, niece, grandnephews and grandniece, cousins and many friends in the U.S.A. and Ireland.. Fr. Sean’s Funeral Mass will take place in Sts. Peter and Paul Church, Florida, today (Saturday) at 12.00 noon (5.00pm GMT), followed by interment in Queen of Angels Cemetery, Winter Park, Florida. Ó NÉILL - Caoimhín (Kevin) Sagart, Monsignor (Emmaus’, Ballyroan Rd., Abbeyleix. Formerly Trumera, Mountrath, Co. Laois, Edenderry, Co. Offaly and President of St. Patrick’s College, Carlow) June 29, 2023  at his residence. Predeceased by his parents Liam (Billy) and Brigid and his siblings Barbara, Aengus and Siobhán. Cúis mhór bróin a bhás dá dheartháracha agus deirfiúracha Brenda, Diarmuid, Colm, Maria, Gráinne, Liam, Mairéad, Gertrude, Suzette agus Killian, nianna, gar-nianna, neachtanna, gar-neachtanna agus gaolta. Sincerely regretted by Bishop Denis Nulty and clergy of the Diocese of Kildare and Leighlin. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in the Church of The Holy Rosary, Abbeyleix at 11.00am this (Saturday) morning,  Caoimhín's burial will take place in St. Fintan's Cemetery Mountrath.

KIERNAN - Pat (Patricia) (née Moore), (Mountview Drive, Lisnaskea, Co Fermanagh) June  22, 2023,   peacefully, beloved wife of late Kevin RIP and dear mother of David (Ailish) Dublin, June (Michael) Letterkenny, Paul (Mairead) New York, Shane (Yvette) Cape Town and Aidan Lisnaskea. Much loved grandmother of Siofra, Darragh, Aoibhinn, Cian, Alex, Sam, Anna, Chloe, Natalie and great-grandmother. Sister of Aidan (Australia) and the late Georgina (Marie), Noel, Brendan and Des R.I.P. Private funeral took place on Saturday, June 24 2023.
