GATELY, Máire (Née Kehoe), “Ard Aerach” Newtown Road, Wexford and late of Glynn, Co. Wexford, October 27, 2023, peacefully, surrounded by her family, beloved wife of the late Thomas (Tom) Gately, mother of Myriam, Michael, Patrick, Ronan, Clare, Una, Olwen and Nessa, sister of Angela Kelly (Née Kehoe Oranmore); her brothers, the late Pádraig, Michael, and Msgr Lory Kehoe, and her sister Ita Cummins (Née Kehoe). Loving and much – loved grandmother to her many grandchildren. She will be greatly and sadly missed her children, sisters, grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, extended family and her many friends from all walks of life. Reposing at Knockeen Nursing Home, Barntown Y35 CY80 on Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 5pm until 8pm. Funeral Mass at 1pm on Sunday, October 29, 2023 in St. Alphonsus’ Church, Barntown, Y35 NR40 followed by burial in the adjacent Cemetery. House strictly private. Family flowers only please.
