DONOVAN, O.P Fr. Leo (Cornelius) (St Mary’s Dominican Priory, Tallaght, Dublin and formerly of Limerick and Trinidad) - February 17th 2024, peacefully in the loving care of the doctor, nurses and staff of Kiltipper Woods Care Centre. Predeceased by his brother Tony (Limerick) and deeply regretted by his sister Margaret Huggins (Dun Laoghaire), his brothers Jack (Greystones) and Joseph (Limerick), his nephews Fergal, Brian and Conor, his niece Yvonne McNamara, his sisters-in-law Mary and Margaret (Limerick), his grandnephews and grandnieces, his Dominican brethren, his carers and his many friends in Trinidad where he ministered for over 50 years. Remains reposing in the Large Parlour of St Mary’s Dominican Priory, Tallaght, from 1.30pm today (Tuesday 20th February). Removal later to the Priory Church for 5.30pm. Requiem Mass on (Wednesday) (21st February) at 11.30am, followed by burial in Community Cemetery. “ God grant him the reward of his labours”.

BUTLER, Jerry (Lucan and formerly of Dundrum, Dublin) - February 18, 2024 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff at Marymount Nursing Home, Westmanstown. Beloved husband of Nora (née Harkin) and dear father of Gavin, Pierce, Anne-Marie and Caitriona. A devoted grandfather of Maeve, Jack, Aideen, Mark, Alicia, Clodagh, Dylan and Lucy. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, son-in-law Ian, daughters-in-law Emer, Claire and Eileen, brother James, sisters Mary, Elizabeth and Anne, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at his residence this (Tuesday) evening between 5 pm and 8 pm. Removal tomorrow (Wednesday) morning to St. Mary’s Church, Lucan, arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 pm, followed by burial in Esker Lawn Cemetery. “Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis”

MULLAN, Patrick (Moyola Park, Newcastle, Galway and formerly Skibbereen, Co. Cork and Ballinasloe, Co. Galway) - Peacefully, on 18 February, 2024, at University Hospital Galway. Beloved husband of the late Mairead and much loved father of Ralph, Regina, Gerald, Niall and Fergus. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his daughter and sons, and their partners, his adored grandchildren Mairead, Joshua, Alexander, Laura and Róisín, sister Margaret Derdaele (Canada), sister-in-law Patricia (Sligo), nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. O'NEILL, Elizabeth (nee Parsons) (Clochán, Enniscorthy Road, Gorey, Co. Wexford) -. Died February 17, 2024, at St. Vincent's Private Hospital, after a long illness. Beloved wife of Sean, loving mother of Róisín, Shane, Jacinta, Damien and Fiona and sister of Michael. Sadly missed by her loving husband, children, grandchildren, sons and daughters-in-law, relatives and a wide circle of friends. Elizabeth will be reposing at her home (Y25X959) today (Tuesday) from 3.00pm to 8.00pm. No Parking available at home. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Wednesday) at 2.30pm in St. Michael's Church, Gorey, followed by burial in St. Michael's Cemetery, Gorey. DICKSON - Caroline, F.R.I.A.I., R.I.B.A. (Fahan, Co. Donegal and Derry City) on February 16, 2024 at Buncrana Community Hospital after a short illness. Predeceased by her parents Christine (nee Dunn) and Peter Dickson. A much loved cousin, fondly missed by her many friends, colleagues and her beloved Fahan community. Removal to St. Mura's Church of Ireland, Fahan, arriving 2.30pm on Thursday, February 22.

Beloved daughter of the late Michael and Kathleen, dear sister of Tim (California), Cormac, Michael, Catherine, Patricia and Nora (Widger) Waterford, sister-in-law of Janice (California), Anne, Sheila and the late Jerry. Deeply regretted by her loving family, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, kind neighbours and all her very good friends in the nursing and medical profession. May she rest in peace. Requiem Mass on today (Monday) at 12noon in St. Finbarr’s Church, Bantry, followed by burial in the Abbey Cemetery, Bantry.
