WARD, (née Rowan) Veronica (formerly of Castlesize Stud, Sallins, Co. Kildare and Stackallen, Navan Co. Meath) - May 15, 2024, peacefully in the tender care of the staff and team at TLC Nursing Home, Maynooth. Pre-deceased by her darling husband Liam, her parents Tommy & Verona Rowan, brothers Larry, Thomas & sister Eva Ryan. Survived by her sisters Thérèse (Quinn) & Bernie (McDonald); her stepchildren Nicola & Bill, son-in-law Paul, daughter-in-law Rachel and their children Pamela John & Erin, brothers-in-law, nieces & nephews, cousins, loyal friends Edgar & Eugenia, Mandy, Caroline & Janie. Rest in Peace. Reposing at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Woods House, Clane (W91 YPX4) on Saturday from 2pm with a celebration of life service at 3pm, followed by private resomation. O'MARA, Colette (née O’Connor) (late of Sandymount, Dublin, Doon, Co. Limerick and the Comet Pub, Santry) peacefully on the 13th May 2024, at the Blackrock Hospice, surrounded by her loving family. She will be very sadly missed by her husband Michael, her two boys Darragh and Louis, daughters-in-law Freda and Robyn, grandchildren Louis (LJ), Daithí and Roisín, sisters Betty and Theresa, also remembering her recently deceased sister Mary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends. Colette will be reposing tomorrow Saturday afternoon from 2pm-5pm at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, 5 Newtown Park, Blackrock (Eircode: A94 X308). Funeral Mass will take place on Monday morning at 10am in St. Mary's, Star of the Sea Church, Sandymount followed by a cremation service at 12.15pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross. Deeply regretted by his wife Ena, sons Jim and Dale, daughter-in-law Mandy, grandchildren Jade and Cameron, Ronan, Finn and Magnolia Maeve, his brothers and sisters, extended family and friends. Beloved wife of Michael (Glynn) with whom she shared many wonderful years.
