COGHLAN - Niamh (Twelfth Anniversary). On the day Oasis sell out Croke Park, a dozen years on , you are still our Wonderwall. Remembering with love our brown eyed girl. Garvan, Ava and Grace.

WARD - On what would have been his 86th birthday, the family of the late Bernard Ward of Glendown, Templeogue who died on  May 21, 2024 would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on our sad loss.  We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours and well wishers who attended the funeral, sent cards and messages of condolences on RIP.ie, as well as those who made charitable donations to Merchant’s Quay Ireland. Thank you to Father Andrew and the choir of St Bartholomew’s for giving Bernard a wonderful send off, and to Fanagan’s Funeral home for their kind help and professionalism.                              

A special word of thanks to Dr Sarah Coveney, the nurses and staff of the Burkitt Ward - Tallaght Hospital, the staff of Orwell Nursing Home, and the team at St James’ Hospital who cared for Bernard in his final hours. 

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.

DUNNE - Siobhán (First Anniversary) In loving memory of a dear wife, mother, sister, and mamó, who died on August 23, 2023.

(Sadly missed by her loving husband Liam, children Ronan, Rebecca, David and Conor, sister Nuala and five grandchildren). 

PICKERING - Rosalie (Roly) (née Hodgson) (July 8, 2024) - At St. John’s Home, Merrion Road and formerly Rathgar. Roly’s family wish to thank everyone who supported us in so many ways over the past years. In particular, we are deeply indebted to the wonderful staff of St. John’s Home, Merrion Road, who looked after her so well to her passing after a life well lived. Special thanks to our family and neighbours together with a wide circle of friends, especially in the Leeson Park Players and Skerries for their numerous emails, letters and cards we received. Thank you to those who attended the funeral and cremation at the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, or viewed it on-line. We hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere gratitude to all those who supported our family over the last years.

MATTHEWS - David Charles (late of Sandymount) April 21, 2024. David is loved and missed every day by his wife Joy, and family. We offer our heartfelt appreciation to our family and friends for their gestures of sympathy and kindness since David’s passing, and donations in his memory to the Royal Hospital Donnybrook.
