FERRITER, Patrick J.

FERRITER - Patrick J. (Pat Joe) died in the palliative care unit of UHK on October 20, 2024, after a brilliantly brave year long fight with his illness. His courage and stamina were strikingly resilient and admired by all family and friends. Born in Dingle, Patrick lived and worked in Australia, New Zealand, England, Manhattan, and Aughacasla, Castlegregory where he started working on his dad's farm as a young lad. Predeceased by his father Mike Ferriter and mother Lil Kennedy Ferriter, his brothers Martin, Michael,

and sister Mary. Sadly mourned by his adoring wife Maeve, daughter Emma, sister Anne, brothers John Peter and Dennis, Godson Gerry Ferriter, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Humanist ceremony arranged for Friday October 25 between 4-5pm in O'Connor's Funeral Home, Dingle.
