CONAGHAN - Michael (Ballyfermot, Dublin 10, late of Calhame, Donegal, formerly of Inchicore College and former Labour T.D and Lord Mayor of Dublin 2004-2005), August 4th, 2026 peacefully at Cherry Orchard Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his brothers Patsy and Bernard. Sadly missed by his heartbroken family, loving wife Marian, daughters Heidi and Eve, adored grandchildren Sam and Ben, sisters Mary, Patricia, Angela and Susanna, sons-in-law Chris and Nollaig, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and large circle of friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at his residence tomorrow Friday (August 7th) from 4pm until 7pm. A Funeral Service to remember Michael’s life will take place on Saturday (August 8th) at the Ballyfermot Civic Community Centre at 11am and afterwards to Goldenbridge Cemetery. CAHILL - Jodi (Joseph) - Late of Blackrock, Co. Dublin and formerly of Kilkenny City, Co. Kilkenny - On 4th August 2026, peacefully at St. Vincent's University Hospital.

Beloved husband and best friend of Mary Hardiman and adored father of Anna. Jodi will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, daughter, cousin Peggy, extended family, neighbours, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. A Celebration of Jodi's Life will take place in Massey Bros. Funeral Home, 5 Newtown Park, Blackrock, on Friday, 7th August, at 2.30 p.m. For those unable to attend, the service may be viewed online. WILLIAMS - David Henry – (Rathfarnham, Dublin 16), 2nd August 2026. After a short illness at St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved husband of Mary and much loved father of Joanna, Martin and Simon. He will be deeply missed by his wife, sons, daughter, daughter-in-law Maria, Silvia and Gerard, grandchildren Sam, Lucy, Alfie, Frankie and Jude, brother Trevor, brother-in-law Roger, sisters-in-law Joyce, Mave and Cathy, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral Service on Saturday morning (8th August) at 11am in Whitechurch Parish Church (D16 YN27) followed thereafter by cremation committal prayers in The Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross (D6W HY98). FRICKER - Brenda (Late of the Liberties, D.8 and formerly of Dundrum, D.16) peacefully on 16th July, 2026, in the wonderful care of the Staff in Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross.

Predeceased by her husband Barry, Mother Bina, Father Desmond and sister Grainne. Deeply regretted and lovingly remembered by her niece Billie, nephew Chimo, brother-in-law Axel, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, her best friend Liz, neighbours and a wide circle of friends around the world and in Ireland.
