Predeceased by her parents Mary and Michael and her brothers Francie and Seán. Deeply regretted by her loving sisters Mona, Geraldine, Bernie, Colette, Clodagh, Cora, Irene, Deirdre, her brother Vivian, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, a wide circle of friends and her Dominican community. MacANTHONY, Joseph (Dublin, and formerly Toronto, Canada) – peacefully 4th of April 2025, in the tender care of the staff at Beacon Hospital. Beloved father of Brian, Diarmuid, and Gráinne. Predeceased by his darling wife Bairbre, his son Declan, brothers Syd and Frank, and sisters Una, Vera and Anita. Sadly missed by his loving family, brothers Colm and Austin, sister Carol, son-in-law Shane, his many nieces and nephews, extended family, dear friends Joe Edge and Conor Roddy, and all his cherished companions. SCOTT, Christopher, late of Ballina/Killaloe, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Cabinteely, Dublin 18. Passed away peacefully on Friday 4th April 2025 in the loving and tender care of Roseville House Nursing Home, Co. Limerick with his beloved wife Irene and sons Conor and Rowan at his side. Christopher will be sadly missed by his brothers Frank and Alfie, his brothers-in-law Gabriel, Gregory, Paul and Gabriel’s wife Dolores, his sister-in-law Rosemary and his many nephews, nieces and wider family and friends. FRY, – Gregory, April 2nd 2025, unexpectedly. Greg will be hugely missed by his loving wife Sharon and his three adored and adoring sons Finley, Zack and Casey. CODY, - Desmond Robert, (Clane, Co. Kildare and formerly Abbeyshrule, Co. Longford, and Cromlyn, Co. Westmeath); 4th April 2025, peacefully, in his 89th year, after a short illness. Deeply missed by his loving wife Betty, his daughters Eleanor, Susan and Bevin, his sons-in-law Jorge, Michael and Duncan and his grandchildren Tim, Xanath, Citlali, Millie, James, Elizabeth and John. Wife of the late Desmond and loving mother of Philip and Jeremy. NEILAN, Sr. Francis (Agnes), Holy Faith Sisters, (Glasnevin, Dublin and California) peacefully 2nd April 2025 in the Mater Hospital, Dublin. Originally from Kilteevan, Co. Roscommon, she was a resident of Marian House, Glasnevin. Sister Francis lived for many years in Los Angeles and San Francisco where she was involved in Catholic education. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Mary, her brothers and sisters. She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews, extended family, all Holy Faith sisters, the staff and residents of Marian House, former colleagues and her faithful friends. Reposing in Marian House on Tuesday, (April 8) at 5:00p.m. Removal to convent chapel at 6:00p.m. Funeral Mass Wednesday (April 9) at 11:30a.m. followed by burial in convent cemetery.
