BARRY - Sister Gretta RSCJ (Society of the Sacred Heart of Jesus) died on Wed. 27th May, in the gracious and loving care of the staff of Our Lady's Manor, Dalkey. Deeply regretted by her religious sisters and her loving brother James Barry. Predeceased by her parents, her brothers Christy and Oliver, sister Betty, sisters-in-law Carmel and Mary and Les, a brother-in-law, nephew Trevor and niece Noelle. Lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews Deborah, Robert, Derek, Michelle, Ronan, Robert, Declan, Yvonne and Oliver, her grand and great-grandnieces and nephews, the extended family, neighbours and many friends. Funeral Mass in the Church of Saint Therese Mount Merrion at 10.00 am on Tuesday 2nd June, followed by burial in Mount Venus cemetery.

DUNCAN - Ken (December 29, 2025) - As we remember Ken on his 60th birthday his family wish to acknowledge the extraordinary love and support we received during his short illness and since his passing. We would like to thank everyone who called to the house and brought food, attended the funeral Mass and burial, offered messages of condolences online and sent cards and Mass cards. We are especially grateful to his Doyle, Duncan, Fitzsimon and Gormally cousins who travelled from near and far, his friends and colleagues (past and present) from Accenture and members of Kilmacud Crokes GAA club. We would also like to thank his GP Dr. John O'Keeffe, Greystones and the community palliative care team from Blackrock Hospice who helped us to keep Ken comfortable at home in his final days. Words cannot adequately express our gratitude for the wonderful friends we have who continue to love, support and sustain us through this difficult time. Ken was a loving husband, father, son, brother and uncle and the wonderful memories we have of him will live in our hearts forever.

O'CONNOR - Tivoli Terrace, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. 27th May 2026. (Peacefully) in the kind care of all the staff of the Aclare Nursing Home. Mary. Loving sister of Pauline and Seamus and pre-deceased by her sisters Carmel and Colette. Sadly missed by her loving sister, brother, sister-in-law Susan, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May she rest in Peace. Reposing on Monday in Stafford's Funeral Home, 71 Upper George's Street, Dun Laoghaire from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Tuesday morning to St. Michael's Church, Dun Laoghaire arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am. Funeral immediately afterwards to Deans Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only please.

HURLEY - The family of the late Dr. Gerard Hurley (late of Ranelagh, Dublin) wish to thank sincerely all those who sympathized with them in their recent sad bereavement. Many thanks to all those who attended Fanagans Funeral Home, the funeral at Milltown Parish, the burial at Kilternan Cemetery Park, attended online, sent letters, Mass cards, floral tributes and messages to Niamh, John, Genevieve, Mark and Tara and our extended family. A special thankyou to Monsignor Ciarán OCarroll, Fanagans Funeral Directors, Orwell Nursing Home staff, and all the medical professionals who looked after Gerry along with our kind friends, colleagues and neighbours for their unstinting care and support. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation. A Months Mind Mass will be held for Gerry at 10am on Sunday June 28, 2026 at Milltown Parish Church.

FLEMING - Patricia (Killiney) Lovingly remembered on her First Anniversary (29 May) by her family Joseph, Patrick, Patricia and Richard together with Sylvia, Ann and Terry, her beloved grandchildren Brian, Ciara and Peter, relatives and friends. We wish to thank all those who attended Mums funeral and who sent Mass cards, letters and messages of sympathy. Special thanks to Fr. John Killeen and the bereavement team in Holy Family Parish.
