CUSACK - Andrew (Ashford, Co. Wicklow) 28th October 2025 (peacefully) in the wonderful care of the staff at Leopardstown Care Centre. Predeceased by his beloved wife Ursula, brother Barry and sister Mary. He will be deeply missed by his daughter Andrea, son Paul, son-in-law Stuart, daughter-in-law Yvonne, his cherished grandchildren Conor, Amy, Josh and Ciara, sisters Annette, Clare and Elizabeth, brother Paddy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A Service to celebrate Andrew’s life will take place on Wednesday afternoon (5th November) at 2.30pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross.

Beloved husband of Liz and much-loved father of Lisa, Gary, Lesley, and Amy. Beloved wife of the late Peter, devoted and loving mother of Pearse, Yvonne (McCormick), Rod, Cormac, DeLourdes (Seymour). She will be sadly missed by her family, sons-in-law Paddy and Stephen, daughters-in-law Ann, Karen and Eimear. Her adoring twelve grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and neighbours. Rosita will be reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Willbrook Road, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14 (D14 WO29) on Monday evening (3rd November) from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning (4th November) at 11.00 am at St. Colmcille's Church, Knocklyon, Dublin (D16R799) and afterwards to Bohernabreena Cemetery. Family flowers only.
