O'CALLAGHAN - Edward (Ned), 18th February, 2026 (Blackrock, Co. Dublin and formerly of Fermoy, Co. Cork.) Peacefully, at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital. Beloved husband of Phil and loving father of Clare and Eamann. Sadly missed by his wife, daughter, son, brother Conor, grandchildren Catherine and Ned, son-in-law Richard, daughter-in-law Mary, extended family and friends. In keeping with Ned’s wishes, a private cremation has already taken place

(Chile, Dublin Diocese and Moville, Co.Donegal) - peacefully at Nazareth House, Fahan on February 19, 2026.

Predeceased by his parents, Charles and Maureen and sister Anne (Farrell). Deeply regretted by his brother Dr.Tony, sister-in-law Mary, nieces and nephews, Ian, Gary, Darina, Enda and Karol Farrell; Liz, Brian and Ruth McLaughlin, grandnieces and grandnephews and great grandnephew, cousins, relatives and a wide circle of friends internationally, Archbishop of Dublin and Priests of the Diocese and his classmates and John's Columban Confreres.

Reposing at St Columban, Summerhill, Moville today (Friday) from 2pm - 9pm where you are all welcome to pay your respects. Funeral from there on tomorrow Saturday (February 21) at 11.30am for 12pm Requiem Mass in St Pius X Church, Moville followed by Interment in Ballybrack cemetery. CLARKE - Gerry (Rathfarnham). January 24, 2026. The family of the late Gerry Clarke of Templeogue, Fitzwilliam and Veterans LTCs, Terenure College RFC and Hibernian Insurance, especially his wife Breda and sons Julian and Peter, wish to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to everyone who offered their condolences following Gerry’s recent death, after a very active life of almost 99 years. Mass will be offered for your intentions. Gerry and Breda were married in the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham, over 67 years ago. Gerry’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated there on Saturday 21 February at 6:45pm. D14 E803.

HUMPHREYS - Jim of Knocknashee, Goatstown, County Dublin – February 16th peacefully surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff of Marley Nursing Home. Loving husband of Sheila and beloved father of Siobhán and Michael. Sadly missed by his daughter-in-law Catherine, adoring grandchildren Grace and Michael, sister Mary, brother Niall, sisters-in-law Eileen, Marie and Mary, brother-in-law Brendan, nieces and nephews, and his extended family and friends.

Ó CEALLACHÁIN - Fearghal (Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin and formerly of Turners Cross, Cork) February 12, 2026. Gently passed with his devoted family in the kind care of the staff in St. Vincent's University Hospital. Beloved husband and best friend of Jackie and loving Dad of Cian, Lorcan and Aoife. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his wife, daughter, sons, daughter-in-law Stevie, son-in-law Jeff, cherished grandchildren Primrose and Oscar, sister Máire, brothers Conor and Éanna, brother-in-law Kevin, sisters-in-law Louise, Kate, Arabella and Debbie, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, a wide circle of friends, Earl the dog, and his wonderful colleagues in the RTÉ Concert Orchestra. Funeral Liturgy Service will take place on Monday (February 23) at 10am in St. Michael's Church, Dún Laoghaire. A private cremation service will take place at a later date.
