HASSEY - Killian (Fifteenth Anniversary) - Remembering our darling Killian today and every day; Barbara, Mark and Catriona.

KELLY - Christine (née Leigh Doyle) (Eighth Anniversary, September 15) and her beloved son John Paul (Twenty Sixth Anniversary, September 12). They are both sadly missed and fondly remembered by her husband Jimmy and children Declan, Patrick, Fergal, Colman and Angela, her nine cherished grandchildren, family and many devoted friends.

SHEEHAN - Joanne (Blackrock and formerly Mervyn, The Hill, Monkstown, Co Dublin). Died September 12, 2024. On Joanne's second anniversary, we, her family, would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all who supported and sympathised with us during our sad loss. The numerous Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, online messages, texts and phone calls were much appreciated. In particular, we would like to thank her extraordinary friends who were like an extended family to her. We would also like to thank our life-long friend, Fr Michael Collins, who celebrated the requiem mass, along with Fr Hector Mwale from Zambia. We would like to acknowledge the support of the Sacred Heart Community (AMASC) and the members of Dublin Bay Sailing Club. During her short illness, Joanne was very well cared for by the staff of St Vincent’s Private Hospital and the Blackrock Hospice. She is missed every day, but her legacy endures in our dear memories of her and due to the abundant good she did throughout her full and fulfilled life. The fever of life is over for her. Now, she has a safe lodging and a holy rest.

HORAN - Hugo (29th Anniversary) - Our dearest Hugo is remembered with love today and always. Still our hearts cannot feel how much we miss him. From Mum, Dad, Tom, Ruth and family, Dan, Anne and family.

MURPHY - Catherine (23rd Anniversary, September 12) (Dublin and Cork) - Sadly, missed and remembered today and always by Declan, family and friends.

ALEXANDER - Thelma Rose (9th September, 2004) The love of Ray’s life. A dearly loved mother and wonderful Nana to her five lucky grandchildren, nothing else mattered when they were around. Her legacy of love lives on in our hearts and we miss her every day.

HAND - Damien (Twenty-fourth Anniversary) - Always remembered with love and a smile, ­ Valerie, Karen and Steve.

MURPHY - Fr John, Mount Merrion, Co Dublin. On this the first anniversary of John’s passing (September 12, 2025), John's sisters Catherine, Emer and Mary, would like to extend their thanks and appreciation to all for their kindness, support and compassion during this difficult and very sad time.

CONWAY - Vincent, (Malahide, and former Principal of Belgrove Junior Boys School, Clontarf) First Anniversary September 17th 2026. Deeply loved, sadly missed, and always remembered by his wife Muireann, daughter Catherine, son Eoin, his brothers Shay, Paul and Don, and our families. We are deeply grateful to those who travelled long distances to celebrate his life with us and to offer their sympathies at the reposing and at the funeral. Special thanks to Eoghan and Elaine who travelled from Canada. We extend heartfelt thanks to all who supported us at that time; during Vincent’s illness; and since his sad passing. Particular thanks to Very Rev Paul Thornton, Fr. Michael McCullough, CM, and Revd. Canon David Gillespie for the beautiful Funeral Mass; and to Marion Doherty, Cathal Clinch, Enchiriadis Choir, and friends of Eoin and Catherine for the exquisite music. Music was one of Vincent’s great joys. He set himself high standards, and we feel he would have approved. Míle Buíochas.
