GARLAND, (née Rattray) Bette (Blackrock, Co. Dublin) March 1, 2021. Very peacefully, at home in the arms of her loving family. Beloved wife of Brian and devoted mother to Keith and Susan; and sister to the late Gene, Patricia (Pat) and David.
