Beloved sister of Bernie (Lucey), Nora (Chaykin, USA) and Tom. Predeceased by her brothers Frank, Ailbe and sister-in-law Teresa. DOLAN, Eileen (Dalkey and late of Sandymount and Ballinamore Co.Leitrim) - 11th December, 2021, in the tender care of Sr. Bernadette and staff of Our Lady’s Manor, Dalkey. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Eileen, her brothers and sisters. Mourned by her cousins and her Dolan and Logan nephews, nieces and their families. She will be fondly remembered by her many relatives and friends, including all who met her in catering management and in College of Catering, Cathal Brugha St. Dublin. Rest in Peace. Eileen is reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Aungier St. on Tuesday 14th December, from 2pm until 4pm, for family and close friends.
