DOLAN, Eileen (Dalkey and late of Sandymount and Ballinamore Co.Leitrim) - 11th December, 2021, in the tender care of Sr. Bernadette and staff of Our Lady’s Manor, Dalkey. Predeceased by her parents Charles and Eileen, her brothers and sisters. Mourned by her cousins and her Dolan and Logan nephews, nieces and their families. She will be fondly remembered by her many relatives and friends, including all who met her in catering management and in College of Catering, Cathal Brugha St. Dublin. Rest in Peace. Eileen is reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Aungier St. on Tuesday 14th December, from 2pm until 4pm, for family and close friends. Her funeral Mass will be on Wednesday 15th December at 10.00 a.m. in the Church of St. Mary, Star of the Sea, Sandymount, (which may be viewed on the following link; http://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/st-marys-star-of-the-sea-​sand​ymount/), followed by cremation at the Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross. Eileen's ashes will be interred in her parent’s grave in Oughteragh Cemetery, Ballinamore, at a later date.
