I listened to Seamus Conroy tonight and found he has passed. He signed his CD to me at Buratty on September 14, 2013, my first trip to Ireland. His music was so beautiful. I am saddened by his passing so early in life. His music was so beautiful. RIP Seamus. Thank you.

I'm sadden to learn of Séamus passing. We had the pleasure of being entertained by Séamus at Bunratty Castle. So glad I purchased his CD while there. I am so sorry to learn about this. I met and spent time with Séamus when visiting from Canada in May 2003. We corresponded for sometime after I returned home. He was such a talent and romantic. This is a loss for the world. I am so sorry.

Condolences

I only today learned of Seamus' passing. In 2011 I attended a banquet dinner at Bunratty Castle and when Seamus played the violin I was moved to tears. His music was so beautiful, and I approached him after dinner, so as I could express my gratitude to him.

I purchased the CD and have listened to it often. What a gift it was to hear him play.

what an amazing young man

Just today learned of Seamus' death. I had contacted the manager of Durty Nelly's to try and get another copy of Seamus' CD for our daughter. We met Seamus two years ago this month when we attended the banquet at Bunratty Castle. He met us for drinks at Durty Nelly's and we spend a most enjoyable few hours talking with him. He so graciously signed our copy of Breaking Waves, which now is even more special. We are so very sorry for your loss, the world has lost an amazing musician.

Wayne & Candy Sanford

Bedford, OH - USA

noel and annmarie costelloe

To all thr COnroy family, we are very saddened to learn of Seamus untimely death. I worked as a butler with Seamus in 2005 and was hooked by his amazing talent. He rose the roof every night and sent shivers through the hardest of hearts. Rest in peace Seamus. May you amaze the angels in heaven as you amazed us mortals.
