So sad
We have gone to see Jim here in CA for 25years. First it was our one year wedding anniversary. Lastly, last year, he took a picture with myself and our 4 children who he had come to know. He was a true artist and a wonderful human being. He will be missed dearly.

THE MOST ELEGANT DOWN TO EARTH MAN

We have known Jim for many years & we started collecting his works 35-40 yrs. ago. It has been so long, but every time he was coming to any area we were at, we made sure to Visit with him. He was so Down to Earth & So Very Friendly always looking forward to seeing Us saying "I knew you would come to See Me". We would bring prices in that were 40 yrs. old & His EYES would just Beam! He loved his Art & Loved People. He is SO Missed. Every time I look at all our Crystal & photos, I feel how lucky we were to meet & know such a Wonderful Man. God Bless All His is Family.

My sincere condolences
I was lucky enough to see and speak to Mr. Jim O'Leary several times here in Connecticut and he signed many of my pieces. One year I traveled in a blizzard to see him, and I was the only customer who made it into the store. He was very funny and pretended that he was merely a clerk and Mr. O'Leary had already left -- just pulling my leg. He was very gracious and every year after that when I saw him, he would remember me as the woman who drove through the blizzard to see him. I will always cherish my memory of him along with the beautiful pieces he signed. My sympathies to his family and friends.

So honored to have known this fine gentleman
We are so saddened to learn of the passing of Jim O'Leary. He brightened our holidays while we lived in New York City and was kind enough to remember us year after year ay Macy's signings. He will be sadly missed but fondly remembered when we see the glorious Times Square ball drop on New Years's Eve. He was a true gentleman and a delight to have known. Our thoughts are with his fine family whom he dearly missed when in the US for the holidays.
