HARRIS Laurence (Dalkey, Roscommon and Snips) - March 18, 2011 (suddenly). Beloved husband of Pat and darling father of Keith, Laura and Nick; grandfather of Tommy, and very dear brother of Muriel and David; very deeply missed by brothers and sisters-in-law, his nieces and nephews and his many dear relatives, friends and colleagues. Service at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, tomorrow (Tuesday) at 2 o'clock Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to The Irish Cancer Society.

HARRIS Laurence (Dalkey and Roscommon; died March 18, 2011) - On the First Anniversary of Laurence's death, his family wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who supported them during their sad loss, especially relatives, friends and neighbours. We are especially appreciative of all who attended Laurence's funeral from home and abroad, and to those sent card, letters of sympathy and Mass Cards. To all his clients, colleagues and friends within the hairdressing community, whose business and friendship meant so much to him, and to us, we are very appreciative. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this notice as acknowledgement of our sincere thanks.

<p>To the Harris family & all at Snips</p> <p>I wish to send my sympathy to Laurence's family and friends at this sad time. Laurence has being part of my life for the past 15 years. I first met him when i was just 16 years of age. Throughout the years we've had the best of craic and chats during my visits to Snips to see him. Laurence helped me through a difficult time in my life and I will be forever greatful to him for that. I will miss him dearly, but he will remain in my heart forever.</p> <p>Rita Walsh</p>

<p>My First Cousin Laurence.</p> <p>Dear Laurence my first cousin, always unique and such good fun, I'm remembering the good times as children in Dublin and Hols in Bray, and later in Dublin with Ray, am shocked and miserable not to have said goodbye, my heart goes out to Pat and the family, my love to you, I will never forget his humour and kindness, Dublin has lost a character who can never be replaced.</p> <p>Heaven has gained what we have all lost.</p> <p>Marilyn</p>

<p>I'm so sorry....</p> <p>To the Harris family,</p> <p>Just wanted to send you a note of sincere sympathy at the shocking news of Laurence's sudden death. I was so upset to hear the news and can't stop thinking about him since.</p> <p>I was diagnosed with cancer nearly 2 years ago and he helped me through the worst time of my life. I looked forward to my appointments with him as he gave me a renewed energy, restored my faith and gave me great solace during the trauma with being diagnosed at an early age. I will never forget the help he gave me. He was a very special and gifted person.</p> <p>Thinking of you all at this sad time.</p> <p>Ciara</p>
