Reposing at the Boys Chapel, Belvedere College S.J. today (Tuesday) from 5 o'c, thence removal to Church of St. Francis Xavier, Gardiner Street arriving at 8 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Wednesday) after 11.30 o'c Mass to St. Fintan's Cemetery, Sutton.

<p>R.I.P. Gerry</p> <p>I'm very sad about Gerry's passing. He was an inspiration to me and many others during my time at Belvedere. I was in 3 operas and was assistant director on one of his 5th Year plays; because of these experiences, I did Drama as a degree in Trinity, and I'm still involved in theatre today.</p> <p>Gerry was one of those teachers whose words tend to stay with you as you move through life.</p> <p>He'll be missed by many people.</p> <p>Ken Slattery</p>

<p>R.I.P Gerry.</p> <p>Gerry was much more than an English teacher to me, he was a man, who I and many others could look up to, and more importantly he was a friend to every student. I am proud to say I had the privilege of being in two of his shows, Joseph and more recently Oliver.
