how sad to hear that Helen has died. I always remember her a a gentle soul, and I know from good authority, (several of her former chrges at Worth) that she was much beloved by them as well. They all said the same. She has gone to a Good Place, and may well meet a lot of her boys !!! best wishes, and condolences, to you all.

Sorry to read this am from the Neligan clan my great great grandfather was Dr James Charles Neligan that lived in Middle on Tees UK but was from Ireland his family John Bourke Neligan. I came across this from researching my history. A family member contacted my father but he never followed up.

BROWN, Cynthia

Cynthia was a woman of fine culture, intelligence and wit. We had immense respect for her and the way she carried herself through life and the way she was brave to the very end. She will be missed. Oh, and she was also an exceptional cook and created some superb meals on the yacht she had with Reggie and at her home in Cork. RIP Cynthia

Ó hANNRACHÁIN, Dr. Stiofán

Always remember his encouragement when I passed briefly through St Pats in the 1980s. His enthusiasm was the reason we won a Dublin U21 championship. He had a remarkable manner about him that was both encouraging and direct at the same time. Forever grateful.
