BRENNAN Gay, (Clonskeagh), April 24, 2016. Approaching the First Anniversary of Dad's passing, Niamh, Orla, Maeve, Diarmuid and Feilim, wish to thank all those who sympathised and supported us in our bereavement. Special thanks to Fr. Joe Brennan SJ, his Jesuit colleagues and Monsignor Lorcan O'Brien for looking after ceremonies so well in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook. Special thanks also to the extended Brennan family, and our relatives in the MacCarvill, Brady, de Blacam, Ryan and Moyna families, for their kindness and support throughout. Thank you to Gay's former colleagues and the staff in IPB Insurance and Brennan Insurances for their support in such numbers. Thank you, also, to the Mermaid Sailing Community in Dublin Bay and beyond for their wonderful messages and shared memories. To everyone who attended the removal and funeral, sent Mass Cards and letters - thank you so much. It has been a great comfort and reminds us how fortunate we are, just as Dad was, to be blessed with so many loyal friends.
