WOODS - John Kevin – On John’s First Anniversary, we his family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all who sympathised with us, in so many different ways at the time of his passing. He will be forever loved and missed by his beloved wife Leonie, his children Natalie, Louise, Johnny and Niall, grandchildren, in-laws, his sisters Eithne, Una, Ita & Margaret and extended family and friends. We were blessed to have such an enthusiastic, energetic and inspiring man in our lives. Sincere thanks to Allan and his team in the OA Psychiatry units in St. Vincent’s Hospital. To Anne Costello, Leisha and all the staff at the Tara Care Centre in Bray who worked tirelessly through Covid to care for Dad in his final journey home to God.

MAGEE, Brian (Clontarf) June 10, 2022 after a long illness heroically borne. Beloved husband of Irene, and devoted father to Catherine, Sarah and Barry. Brian will be forever loved and remembered by his grandchildren Conor, Molly, Alice, Oscar and Barra; sons-in-law Donnacha, Jonathan and Mitch; brothers Arthur and Sean; sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, relatives and many friends. Reposing at Kirwan’s Funeral Home, Fairview from 5.00pm to 7.00pm tomorrow (Thursday) June 16. Funeral Mass on Friday, June 17, at 10.00am at St. Anthony’s Church, St. Lawrence’s Road Clontarf, followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery. “Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam uasal”

Waked at his home from today (Thursday) 11.00am onward. Funeral leaving his home 44 Marlborough Street, Derry tomorrow (Friday) at 9.20am to St. Eugene's Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 10 o'clock Interment in Glasnevin Cemetery, Dublin on Saturday arriving at 1.30pm (approximately). NOLAN, George, (June 2013, late of George Nolan Equip.) - On his first anniversary, George's wife Jean, sons Alan and Will, daughter Linda, son-in-law Shay, daughter-in-law Rachel, Will's fiancée Jane and her daughter Sadhbh, grandchildren Adam, Matthew, Holly, Jack, Sam, Katie would like to express their sincere thanks to their extended family and friends for their support during the last year. Those who sympathised with us during our sad loss, sent Mass Cards and letters of condolences, those who travelled long distances to be with us, we appreciated greatly. Special thanks to the Beacon Renal Unit for their great care for George in the previous six years, also to Prof. Watson and his team at St. Vincent's U.H. Thanks to the Royal Hospital, Donnybrook for caring for George for his last few weeks, to the S.I.M.I. for their lovely memorial service, and to the Legato Singers. Thank you for remembering him. George is gone to God one year,
but he will be in our hearts forever.
