O'DONNELL, (Downhill Rd, Ballina, Co. Mayo) - 25th July 2023, after a sudden illness, at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin. Gerry, predeceased by his parents Paddy and Kathleen, brothers Billy and Brendan. Gerry, beloved husband of Olive. Adored father of Olga, Olwyn, Rodger and Rodney. Deeply missed by his wife, children, precious grandchildren Conor, Poppy, Jack and Caimin, as well as his son-in-law Angus and his daughter-in-law Martha, sisters Mary and Annette, brother Paddy, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. In particular, friends made through the rugby community, which was such a large part of Gerry’s life. Reposing at Mc Gowan’s Funeral Home, Ballina on Friday evening, 28th July, from 7pm until 9pm. Funeral cortege will leave Mc Gowan’s Funeral Home Ballina on Saturday 28th July at 11am, with Requiem Mass at 11:30am in St. Murdechs Cathedral Ballina. Afterwards, burial in Leigue Cemetery, Ballina. Gerry’s funeral Mass will be live streamed on www.ballinaparish.org Family flowers only, please. CASEY, Pat (Blackrock, Dublin) July 26, 2023 (peacefully) surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of all the staff in Newtownpark House Nursing Home. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Ann of fifty-six years, his children Bill, Tony and Judith, his sister Ann and brother Liam, daughters-in-law Nessa and Niamh, son-in-law Stephen, his twelve cherished grandchildren Hannah, Dan, Robyn, Abigail, Sophie, Anna, Patrick, Charlie, Holly, Robert, Jack and Tom, nieces, nephews, extended family and a large circle of friends. Reposing at his home in Blackrock tomorrow (Friday) evening, from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Removal on Saturday morning to the Church of St. John the Baptist, Blackrock for Funeral Mass at 10.00 am followed by cremation in Mount Jerome for family only. No flowers please. GALLOWAY, Pamela Margaret (née Johnston) (Killester) – July 19, 2023, aged 84, peacefully in the loving care of St. Francis Hospice Raheny, beloved wife of James (Jimmy) for fifty six years. Will be sadly missed by her husband, nephew Robert, extended family, members of The Irish Girl Guides and her many friends.
