FEELY, Rose Mary Stillorgan Co. Dublin (Formerly of Bansha Co.Tipperary) - beloved wife of Col. Peter Feely D.S.M., devoted mother of Peter, Tom, Martha and Jessica, mother-in-law to Reiltin and Eamon, grandmother to Bella-Rose, Luke and Beatrix. Pre-deceased by her parents Andrew and May Moloney, brothers John and McDuff (Michael) and survived by her sisters Joan, Helen and Mary. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and colleagues. A requiem Mass will be held on Friday 1st September at 11:00 in the Church of St. Laurence O'Toole, Kilmacud. May she Rest in Peace

McEVOY, Sr. Marie (Loreto Community, Abbey House) - 29 August 2023 (peacefully) at Abbey House, Rathfarnham. Beloved daughter of the late Francis and Ann. Deeply regretted by her community of Loreto Sisters, her sisters Mildred, Sheila (Kerin), and Sr. Doreen (MMM). Greatly missed by her nieces and nephew, extended family and friends. O'ROURKE, Lorcán (Moorefield Park, Newbridge, Co. Kildare) - 26th August 2023. Lorcán passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the care of the staff in the Lynn Ward, Tallaght University Hospital, after a long illness borne with great dignity. Predeceased by his son Ciarán and his brother Brian. Beloved husband of Phil (née Brereton) and loving father of Aoife and Enda, and doting Grandad to Donal, Bláthnaid, Tess and Clodagh. Lorcán will be sorely missed and lovingly remembered by his adoring family, brothers Fr. Caoimhín SJ, Fran, Gerard and Seán, sisters Mary and Anne, daughter-in-law Éadaoin and her sons Cillian and Dáire, Aoife’s partner Dave, daughter-in law-Catherine, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family members, neighbours and a large circle of friends in the local community, Kildare GAA, Moorefield GAA club, Croke Park and Irish Handball. On Mary’s First Anniversary, Michael, Angela, Bernadette, Gráinne and Christopher and our extended families wish to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us over the past year. We offer our heartfelt thanks to those who visited our home, attended the wake, removal and funeral Mass, telephoned, travelled long distances, sent cards, flowers and messages of condolence as well as those who made charitable donations to Virginia Cancer Fund. A special word of thanks to the staff of St. Lukes, Beaumont and Cavan Hospitals, to all those who participated in the Mass and managed traffic, especially Fr. Prior, Fr. Fay and finally Mags and James Matthews Funeral Directors for their sensitive and professional handling of arrangements. The late Fr. Pat Farrelly is in our thoughts and prayers at this time.

COLEMAN - John  (Loughpark Castlepollard Co.Westmeath) -  August 26, 2023, peacefully at the Midlands Regional Hospital Mullingar, and previously in the exceptional care of Portiuncula Nursing Home, Multyfarnham, in his Ninetieth year. Predeceased by his son Sean.

Deeply regretted by his wife Rose, daughter Marie (Belfast), son in law Peter, grandchildren Aoife and Niamh, brother Willie, sisters in law, nieces and nephews in Ireland and Australia and extended family. John will also be missed by a wide circle of friends and neighbours and the community of residents and staff at Portiuncula.

CASEY, Tony (Churchtown, Dublin 14) - 26th August 2023 peacefully in the company of his loving family while in the tender care of the doctors, nurses and staff at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Sadly missed and always remembered by his loving wife Peggy and their children Eamon, Anthony, Brendan and Caitriona, daughters-in-law Mary, Caroline and Sally, son-in-law David, his cherished grandchildren Aoife, Siobhan, Eoghan, Orla, Joe, Anna, Matthew, Mairead, Roisin and Maeve, his sister May, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, friends, and all of his partners and friends in Bridge. KEENAN, David (Maynooth, formerly of Kenstown, Co. Meath and Terenure) - August 27, 2023. Peacefully, following a brief illness, at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown. Mourned by his loving wife Connie, his daughters Fiona, Gemma, Aoife and Lisa and his grandsons Nathan and Jake. He will be deeply missed by his brothers and sisters, his sisters-in-law, his nieces and nephews, his former colleagues, his neighbours, and wide circle of friends. He is pre-deceased by his sister Mary, and his brother Paul. Reposing at his home this (Tuesday August 29) evening from 4 to 8pm. Peacefully, on August 28th 2023, in the loving care of the Sacred Heart Residence, Sybil Hill Nursing Home. Beloved husband of Bernie, and loving father of Carol (Wheeler), Paula (O’Dwyer), Jim and Ed, he will be very sadly missed by his sons-in-law Mark and Fred, daughters-in-law Odette and Tracy, his brothers John and Andrew, his fifteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and his extended family, friends and former colleagues.
