MULLAN, Arthur (Golf Links Road, Bettystown, Co. Meath and formerly Stagreenan, Drogheda, Co. Louth) September 10, 2023 Peacefully, surrounded by his wife and family. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Patricia, brother Michael, sisters Geraldine (Murphy) and Roísín (McCarthy) and infant son Oliver. Arthur will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Bernadette, son Arthur, daughters Sophie and Tracy, grandchildren Jack, Annabel and Beatrice, brothers George and Daniel, sister Margaret, sons-in-law Kieron Murphy and Kevin McGuinness and daughter-in-law Elisabeta, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, neighbours and many friends. MAHER, John G., September 7, 2023, Rathgar and formerly of Drumcondra, reluctantly, in the exceptional care of Our Lady’s Hospice Harold’s Cross. Predeceased by his parents Gerald and Belinda, his brother Frank CM, and, recently, his sister Mary. Much loved by his spouse Betty FitzGerald, his sons and daughters, Barry, Clare, Johnny, Ruth and Billy, Barry’s partner Graeme, Johnny’s wife Audrey, and by his three grandchildren, Laurie, Anna and Sally. Deeply regretted also by his in-laws, Bob, Róisín and Brian, Joan and Trevor, and Jack and Jacqueline, his nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and most kind neighbours. Funeral Mass will take place this (Monday) morning at 11am, in the Church of St Columbanus, St Gall and Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Milltown, Dublin 6, followed by interment in Dean’s Grange Cemetery. Predeceased by her husband Brian. Deeply missed by her sons Declan, Ronan, Darragh and Niall, her daughters-in-law Máire, Anna, Marion and Trish, her grandchildren Barry, Eimear, Lauren, Shane, Graham and Melissa, her great grandchildren Dan and Seán, and by her extended family and friends.
