LEIGH - William Rupert (Ranaghan More, Ballinacarrow, Co. Sligo, formerly Stoneleigh, and Adlestrop, England) -. December 25, 2023, peacefully, at Saint Phelim's Nursing Home, Dromahair, Co. Leitrim. He was recently predeceased by his wife Priscilla (née Cooper), dearly loved father of James, Edward, Francis, and the late Richard. Sadly missed by his loving family and wide circle of friends.

Funeral service at Saint Paul's Church, Collooney at 2pm Saturday December 30, 2023. Private cremation to follow.

STAINES, It is with great sadness that we share the news of the sudden passing of our beloved Jean Staines (née Farrell), Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow, and previously of Dublin (Ross Street and Ashington). Predeceased by her loving husband Liam and her daughter Ruth. Jean will be eternally missed and fondly remembered by her adoring sons Stephen, Mark, and Luke, her daughter-in-law Niamh, and Stephen's and Luke's partners Melissa and Selena, her sister Anne and brother-in-law Dave, her brother Tom and sister-in-law Patricia, her best friend and cousin Janice, her grandchildren John Paul, Ava, Liam, and Ruthie, her Staines’ sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews. Jean will also be missed and remembered by her close friends and neighbours in both Baltinglass and Dublin, along with the various singing and choir groups she had spent years enjoying. Reposing at her residence Number 12 Allen Dale Lawn, Baltinglass, (W91 YF83), Friday 29th December from 3pm with removal from there on Saturday, 30th December, at 10:30 am to arrive at St Joseph's Church, Baltinglass for 11 am funeral Mass followed by burial in Baltinglass Cemetery.

MOLLOY, Br Laurence ocso, ( Mount St Joseph Abbey Church, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary) - December 27, 2023. Peacefully at Tallaght University Hospital, Dublin. Pre-deceased by his parents Charles and May, brothers Mattie, Liam, Joe and Jim, his sisters Winnie, Maureen and Sadie. Deeply regretted by his Cistercian Community, sadly missed by his sister Joan, nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, relatives and friends. RIP. Reposing in Mount St Joseph Abbey Church on this (Friday) afternoon (December 29) from 3.00pm to 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on tomorrow morning (Saturday), (December 30) at 11.00am followed by burial immediately afterwards in the Monastic Cemetery.
