THOMPSON, – Alice (Molly) (née McCance) (Malahide late of Belfast) December 18th 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family; beloved wife of the late John (Jack), much loved mother of Christine and Peter, adored grandmother to Adam and Guy, greatly missed by daughter-in-law Giulia, friends and extended family. Special thanks to the care, support, and love offered by her carers over the years. Funeral Service and interment have taken place, St. Andrew’s Church, Malahide. "Her love and light will guide us always."

HEGARTY, (née Fallon) Frances (Monkstown, Co. Dublin) December 22nd 2024. Peacefully, with her family by her side, in the exceptional care of the staff at Blackrock Hospice. Deeply loved mother of Helen and Stephen Maguire and the late Deirdre O’Donovan and beloved wife of the late John Hegarty. Predeceased by her brothers Jackie, Tony, Tom and Joe and her sister Marigold Burke. Cherished grandmother of John, Ross and Sinéad, and wonderful great-grandmother of Sadie, Jack, Eve and Finn. Frances will be sadly missed by her loving family, brother Declan, sister-in-law Rita, son-in-law Fergus, daughter-in-law Sandra, her much loved nieces and nephews, extended family and her good friends. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Friday) at 10am in the Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. May she rest in peace.

NORRIS, (née Fanning) Vivienne (Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Rathgar, Dublin 6) – Dec. 21, 2024, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family. Now reunited with her beloved husband Michael. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her daughter Lisa, son Karl, grandsons Hugo, Cian, Sebastian and Dara, brothers Hilary and Brian and sister Geraldine, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Reposing at home today (St. Stephen’s Day) from 2.00pm to 4.00pm. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Friday) at 10.15am in St. Mary’s Church, Enniskerry, followed by burial in Kilternan Cemetery Park, Ballycorus Road. “May she rest in peace”

HAYWARD, Anne Patricia (née Knight), December 7th, 2024, of Eifion Wyn Apartments, Garth Terrace, Porthmadog, passed away peacefully at Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor, Wales, aged 65 years. Daughter of the late Kathleen Nuala Knight (née O’Meara) formerly of Birr, Co. Offaly and dearly loved sister of Donal, Catherine and Rosemary, cherished auntie, cousin and friend. Anne will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all. Public service at The Church of The Most Holy Redeemer, Porthmadog on Friday, January 3rd, 2025 at 1.30pm followed by interment at a later date at St. Mary's Cemetery, Wardley, Manchester.

O'REGAN - Dymphna (née Glynn), Lisfarrellboy House, Cootehall, Boyle, Co. Roscommon. December 21, 2024, (Ex. N.T.), peacefully, in the tender care of the devoted staff at North West Hospice Sligo. Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Patrick, brothers Ronan and Vincent. Dymphna will be sadly missed by her loving children Sylvia, Sinéad, Derek, Declan and Fergus, sisters Pamela and Adeline, sons-in-law Billie, Eamon and Pierre, daughters-in-law Blaithín and Sue, grandchildren Eoin, Ciara, Max, Úna, Tom, Vir, Jake and Ethan, brother-in-law Jim and sister-in-law Teasie, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, and a wide circle of friends. Removal from her home on this (Tuesday) morning to St. Michael’s Church, Cootehall, to arrive for celebration of Mass of Christian Burial at 11a.m. Interment afterwards in Ardcarne Cemetery.
