O'CARROLL, Billy (Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, formerly Hayden’s Hotel) - 25th July 2024, unexpectedly and peacefully in his 95th year. Beloved husband of the late Renee, wonderful Dad to Maeve, Finola and Clodagh. He will be greatly missed with much affection by his loving family, brother Aidan, son-in-law John, Maeve’s partner Tony, grandchildren Robert (and his wife Ciana), Jack and Billy, nieces, nephews, neighbours and many friends. Reposing at his home (H53EK49) (Monday) evening (29th July) from 5 pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on (Tuesday) at 12 o’clock in Our Lady of Lourdes Church Creagh (H53EH93). Burial afterwards in Creagh Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations if desired to The Irish Cancer Society. A life well spent

NASH, John Paul (Carrickmines, Dublin 18) – July 28, 2022, peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of St. Michael’s Ward, SVUH. Devoted husband of over 60 years to his loving wife Bernadette (Bernie) and dearly loved father to Orla, Declan (deceased), Niamh, Ronan, Gillian and Alison. He will be sadly missed by his adoring grandchildren Julian, Harriet, Imogen, Tadhg, Alexia, Lucas, Oriana, Arlo and Elfee, great-granddaughter Winter, close family members Desmond, Derek, Mary, Harold and Fabien, his many dear friends and Belle, his loyal Scottish Terrier. Reposing at home today (Monday) August 1, 2022. John Paul’s Funeral Mass will take place tomorrow (Tuesday) August 2, 2022 at St Brigid’s Church, Cabinteely, Co Dublin at 10.00am followed by burial at Deansgrange Cemetery. COTTER, Cliana (Stillorgan, Dublin) - 24th July 2024, peacefully at St Vincent’s Private Hospital. Much loved and loving mother of Megan and daughter of Ethna and the late Eddie. Cliana will be sadly missed by her family, son-in-law Zedric, granddaughters Ella, Chloe and Izzy, brothers Ray and Edward, sister Barbara, sisters-in-law Eileen and Geraldine, brother-in-law Jimmy, Tom, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. Removal on Saturday afternoon (27th July) to Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue, arriving for 1:00pm Funeral Mass, followed by a private family cremation. Family flowers only, please.

NOLAN - Kieran, (Died July 28, 2023). On this the first anniversary, our beloved Kieran is loved and missed every day by his wife Sharon, son Mark and daughter Emma. Together we wish to express our deepest gratitude to our family and our wonderful friends and neighbours, who have supported us so selflessly over the last year. Thank you for sharing your funny stories and for making us laugh as we remembered Kieran’s humour and his love of life. While Kieran was taken from us far too soon, his kindness lives on through these memories which we will treasure forever. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, under the care of the doctors, nurses, teams and home care teams of Our Lady’s Hospice Harold’s Cross and Blackrock. (Predeceased by her husband Bobby (MRCVS), son Robert and her late sister Valerie). Sadly missed by her loving daughters Dorothy, Paula and Rachel, son Liam and his partner Joan, granddaughters Órla and Stephanie, great-grandson Cillían, brothers Sean, Liam, Michael and Jim, daughter-in-law Marion, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours. May she rest in peace. Reposing tomorrow (Thursday) from 5pm to 7pm in Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown, A94 XK28. Funeral Mass on Friday, July 29th at 10am in the Church of St. Mary, Star of the Sea, Sandymount followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery.
