BOUCHIER-HAYES - Sr. Irene (Pearl) of Doonard, Tarbert, Co. Kerry. Died on September 1, 2025, peacefully in New Zealand, surrounded by her St. Joseph of Cluny community of religious Sisters. Predeceased by her parents Cyril and Agnes, sister Betty and brother Patrick. Deeply regretted by her sister Mary, nieces, nephews and extended Bouchier-Hayes family. May her gentle soul Rest in Peace. KYLE - A memorial service to celebrate the life of Dr. Maeve Kyle OBE OLY, Ireland’s first female Olympian, international hockey player and trailblazer for women's sport will be held on Saturday, October 25 at 2pm in St. Patrick's Parish Church Castle Street, Ballymena.

MURPHY - Teresa Murphy (née Hogan), “Glenavon”, Summerville Drive, Waterford. November 25, 1951- September 6, 2024. The Murphy family, her daughter Treasa, son Eoin and grand-daughter Ailís, would like to express their sincere thanks and gratitude to all who sympathised with Mass Cards, flowers, letters and personal messages. Thanks also for all the acts of kindness we received over the past year from her sister Vera, brother Denis, her son-in-law Mark and Ruadhán, the Hogan, Hassett and Murphy families, her sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, godchildren and our loving, caring friends and neighbours. SCULLY - Geraldine (née Redmond), late of Mount Merrion, peacefully on August 31, 2025, in the loving care of the wonderful staff in Newtownpark House Nursing Home. Beloved wife of the late Jim. Cherished mother of Fergal, Ronan, Jim, Gerard, and Barbara and their spouses, Denise, Lucille, Vivienne, Aideen and John. Adored Nanny of Helena, Gill, Rob, David, Rachael, Lisa, Laura, Daragh, Éabha Maria, James, Aaron and Dylan, and Great-Granny of Adam and Lily. Sadly missed by her sister, Sheila, her many friends and her special German Shepherd pal, Ebra. Reposing on Sunday, September 7 at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Blackrock (A94 X308) from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Removal on Monday morning to the Church of St. Thérèse, Mount Merrion, arriving at 11 a.m. for Requiem Mass followed by cremation at Mount Jerome.

FLEMING - Liam; Golf Links Road, Roscommon and formerly of Main Street, Roscommon and Ballinlough, Co. Roscommon. Liam (in his 90th year), passed away peacefully, on Sept 3, in the wonderful care of the incredible team at the Roscommon Hospice, surrounded by his loving family, after a long life well lived. Predeceased by his grandson Oscar Brehony and brothers Oliver and Brian. Dearly missed by his loving wife Lilian, adored daughters Ríona, Eustelle, Lisa, Fiona, sons Shane and Aiden.
