Forever missed by his loving wife, his children, his son-in-law Emmet, his adored grandson Thomas, his brothers and sisters Maeve, Richard, Martina, Goretti and Gerry, his relatives and his many friends. Removal to SS Alphonsus and Columba Church, Church Ave., Killiney, Co. Dublin, arriving at 6pm tomorrow (Tuesday) evening. Funeral Mass at 10am on Wednesday October 11, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please. WHELAN, Joan (née Gaughan), (Goatstown, Dublin 14), October 7, 2017, (peacefully) in St. Vincent's University Hospital following a long illness courageously borne. Loving mother of Conor, Brian, Claire and Maeve; loving grandmother of Ava, Harry, Dylan, John, Alana and Ashling. Very sadly missed by husband Noel, brother Frank, all other family members and by her many friends. Reposing, today (Monday) in the Mortuary Chapel at St. Vincent's University Hospital from 3 to 4.30 o'clock Funeral Mass tomorrow (Tuesday), October 10 at 11 o'c in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook, followed by a private cremation ceremony in Mt.
