COOPER - Joan (née Daly) Coral Grove, Dunmore East, Co. Waterford 10th October 2025, passed away suddenly at Waterford University Hospital, Waterford. Beloved wife of Pat, loving mother of Deirdre, Siobhán and Mary, , sons-in-law Paul, Matt and Gus, grandchildren, Cillian, Aoibhe, Fergus, Denis, Fintan, Sarah, Seán, Ciara and Aoife, brothers Con, John and Stephen, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at her residence - Private family gathering only please. Requiem Mass on Monday (13th October) in the Holy Cross Church, Killea, Dunmore East at 11:00 am followed by private cremation.

McHUGH - Roland (Blacklion, Greystones, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Newhaven, Sussex, England) October 9, 2025, suddenly, at St. Vincents University Hospital, Dublin. Beloved husband of Elizabeth, loving father of Christopher and Lydia, father-in-law of Shanta, adored Grandad of Isabelle and Rohan and brother of Bryan. He will be sadly missed by his family, relatives and friends. Funeral and Committal Service tomorrow (Tuesday) at 11.30am in Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray, followed by private cremation.

O'DWYER - Edmond, Twenty-First Anniversary. Lovingly remembered and dearly missed by his wife Catherine, children Laura, Roger, Orna and Doug, sister Mary, family and friends.

DILLON - In loving memory of Niall Dillon whose third anniversary occurs on October 11, 2025. Always remembered by his mother Miriam, sisters and brothers, nieces and nephews and his aunts Nuala and Deirdre.

O'Broin - Brian – (Rathfarnham, Dublin 14). Died suddenly on October 4, 2025. Beloved husband of Róisín and devoted father to Cian and Erica. Predeceased by his parents Maureen and Joe and his sister-in-law Caroline. Brian will be forever loved and missed by his wife, son, daughter, brother Conor, mother-in-law Madge, brothers-in-law Damian, Liam, Tomás and Simon, sisters-in-law Siobhán, Line and Ros, nieces Lauren, Florence, Dearbhlá and Niamh, nephews Seán, Oisín, Leon, Jonah and Nathaniel. Brian will be reposing on Monday evening (October 13) at Fanagans Funeral Directors, Willbrook Road, Rathfarnham, from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning (October 14) at 10am in Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham followed thereafter by burial at Mount Venus Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Diabates Ireland.

O'DONOGHUE - Aloysius - October 8, 2025, (Clontarf and formerly of Virginia, Co. Cavan and Oldcastle, Co. Meath), Peacefully, in the care of staff at Beaumont Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Mary and loving father of Sally, Hugh, Feargal, Dearbhla, Olive and Louis. Sadly missed by his adoring grandchildren, sister, Sr. Veronica, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff at Nazareth House for their wonderful care of Aloysius. Funeral Mass in Saint Anthony’s Church Clontarf today (Saturday) at 10 am followed by burial in St Brigid’s cemetery, Oldcastle, Co Meath at approx 1pm.

FERRITER - Patrick (PatJoe) - Born March 10, 1946, Died October 20, 2024, Aughacasla, Castlegregory, Co. Kerry and Manhattan, New York, USA. Adored husband, father, brother, brother-in-law, cousin, uncle, godfather, friend, raconteur, world-traveller, greyhound owner and trainer, fisherman, miner, inventor, construction worker, farmer, office manager, chief executive officer, brilliant, witty, loyal, loving, kind, considerate, empathic, our lives are immeasurably enriched for having known him. The Ferriter and Mahon families thank you for attending the celebration of Patrick's life at O'Connor's funeral home in Dingle. Thank you to Billy Mag Fhloinn, the wonderful celebrant, for his words and arranging the music, to those who wrote poems, read poems, spoke the eulogy, and sent flowers. Thank you to the Kingdom Greyhound Stadium staff for your support and two lovely evenings, with staging the Patrick J. Ferriter Memorial Race. Patrick was cremated in Shannon Crematorium, and his ashes were scattered on Inch beach.

Thank you to all, for your support and love during Patrick's illness, including hand written letters, condolence cards, mass cards, prayers and flowers sent to our home and the funeral home.
