KLOTZ, (née McLoughlin) Margaret, February 8, 2024, (Dartry, Dublin 6 and formerly of Driney, Co. Leitrim). Died peacefully after a short illness in St. James’s Hospital, in the presence of family and friends and cared for by the compassionate staff of the John Heuston Ward. Pre-deceased by her husband Fred, Margaret was a beloved sister, mother, grandmother and friend and will be deeply missed by her children Eric and Frieda, siblings Padraig and Helen, grandchildren Lucian, Abi and Theo and many other friends and family. May Margaret rest in peace. Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Monday from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 10am in Church of St. Columbanus and St. Gall, Milltown and afterwards for burial in Shanganagh Cemetery, arriving for approximately 12 noon.

HICKEY, Marie (neé McGeady) (Foxrock, Dublin 18) February 7, 2023. Peacefully, in the kind care of all the staff in Our Lady’s Ward, St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Dearly loved wife of Henry for over 62 years and loving mother of Catherine, Henry, Jack, Denis, Fiona, Barbara, Aidan and Mark. Marie will be very sadly missed by her husband, sons, daughters, Ray and Patrick, Ana and Ewa, grandchildren, extended family and friends. May she rest in peace. Funeral Mass on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 10.00am in the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock followed by burial in Kilternan Cemetery Park, Ballycorus Road, Dublin 18.
