Beloved husband of the late Evelyn, loving father of Conor, Emma, Isobel and Clara Lucy. Devoted Gaga of Vincent, Calum, Thomas, Alex, Daniel, Jack, Evelyn, Eleanor and Isobel. Predeceased by brothers Charlie and Jimmy. Peacefully in St Camillus’ Hospital, comforted by her niece Elaine O’Shea-Crowe, on March 22, 2021.Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her surviving sisters Elaine Woulfe (Dublin and Tenerife) and Denise O’Shea (Dooradoyle), her brother Tim Murphy (Abbeyfeale and London), her sisters-in-law Evelyn, Una, Sarah and Helen and brother-in-law Michael, her four godchildren Antoinette English, Carol Ann Woulfe, Ian O’Shea and Stephen Murphy and her many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, kind neighbours, carers and friends. Predeceased by her siblings Brendan Murphy (North Circular Road), Joseph Murphy (Canada), Eugene Murphy (England) Paul Murphy (Cashel and Cork) Frances Molloy (Australia). WALSH, Gabriel (Gay) (Foxrock, Dublin and late of Tuam, Co Galway), beloved and devoted husband of Maura, loving Dad to Frances, Ronan and Brídín and Grandad to Adam and Jamie, peacefully on Saturday, March 20, 2021, following a brief illness, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his brothers Kilian, Micho and Hilary. Gay will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his sons and daughters in law Niall, Ciarán, Aisling and Amber, his brother Fabian, his sister-in- law Berna, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and carers. Gay was gifted with an amazing ability to bring joy and warmth to those around him. His gentleness and easy nature will be sadly missed by his extended family, his dear friends and neighbours, his past Engineering colleagues and all those who knew him through swimming, water polo, the IASA and the Olympic Council.
