Van LONKHUYZEN, (née Dempsey) (Abbeyfarm, Celbridge, Co. Kildare) May 2,. 2022, (peacefully), in the loving care of her family and the staff at St. Brigid’s Hospice, The Curragh. Mary, beloved wife of Neil and much loved mother of Lucy, Simon, Abbie and Sophie. Deeply missed by her loving husband, son, daughters, brother Matthew, sisters Judy and Bernie, daughter-in-law Caroline, sons-in-law Enda, Eoin and Andrew and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Lila, Florence, Missy, Tom, Bea, Martha, Fiadh, Bill, Charlie, Eleanor, Vivienne and Audrey and by all her friends, her beloved horse Jack and kind neighbours and friends. R.I.P. Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Ardclough Road, Celbridge this (Wednesday) evening from 5.00pm until 8.00pm. Removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Celbridge tomorrow (Thursday) morning arriving for Funeral Service at 11.00am followed by cremation at Newlands Cross Crematorium. So sad to learn of Mary's death, and remembering all the good days in North Kildare Hockey Club. Sincere condolences to Neil and all the family. Rest in peace Mary.
