McELHINNEY, Noreen (née Brophy), 66 Lansdowne Park, Ennis Road, Limerick, formerly of Waterford - April 11, 2014, peacefully at home, in the loving care of her family. Dearly beloved wife of 56 years and best friend of Raymond, dearest mother of Mary, Teresa, Áine, Sinéad (Corbett) and William, devoted grandmother of Cian and Rory, Eoin, Dara and Sinéad, Sarah, and Zach, Hannah and Lilly, and cherished mother-in-law of Des, Dan, Eugene and Tony. Loved and remembered by her brothers Jim and Tom, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and many friends. Special thanks to Anne Dwyer, Dr Michael Shinkwin, the Milford Hospice Home Care Team, especially Esther and Pat, and the Daffodil Nurses for their wonderful care of Noreen. Reposing at home 4pm to 8pm tomorrow, Sunday. Funeral Mass 11am, Monday, April 14 in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Ennis Road, followed by burial in Kilmurry Cemetery. Family flowers only please; donations if desired to Milford Hospice.
