O'SULLIVAN Dr. Johanna (Josie) (Limerick and formerly of Athea, Co. Limerick, late Mid-Western Health Board) - January 10, 2012, (peacefully), at home, sadly missed by her loving sister Mai (Walker), her nephews Harry and Charlie, her niece Mary Rose and by her beloved grandnephews, grandnieces and her carer and friend Margaret. Rest in peace. Reposing at Thompson's Funeral Home, Thomas Street, this (Wednesday) evening from 6 o'clock to 7.30 o'clock, followed by removal to St. Joseph's Church, O'Connell Avenue. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Thursday) at 10.30 o'clock, followed by private cremation. Family flowers only.
